Ordered through the chipotle app, still waited for it after the pickup time said it was complete, and once I got home and saw my bowl, I was shocked. It was half way full, all of the stuff was filled on the left side, nothing on the right side. So I thought maybe it just slid around.. so I moved my food around. No. It was not the full portion at all. I didn’t pay $12 for my food to be halfway full. Ridiculous. I work in the food industry and know that’s not acceptable. Your job is literally not hard lmao. Hate going to new chipotles 🙂 never consistent!

What an awful experience at what is normally my go to for chipotle. Waited patiently for fresh chicken just to get to the end of the line and see guacamole that looks like someone just vomited it up into the pan and brown wilted lettuce and girl behind the counter with an attitude to match. Instead of telling me you don’t know what to tell about the not fresh ingredients you claim are fresh, have a convo with your manager to fix it if it’s an issue. Do better as a whole.

I was sure to place my order early in the day for a 4:30 pick up. I arrived five minutes early and there was a line about eight people long. Since my item was already prepaid with a tip, I inquired up front if I still needed to wait in line or if I could just pick up my order and showed her the screen with my confirmation number. Unfortunately, she and two other workers were carrying on a conversation with three other workers who were leaving, and she looked at my screen and said yeah you have to wait in line.

Wish there was a 0 star option!!! I am always unpleasantly disappointed with this location. The food is never warm, fresh or good. I love other locations but this is by far the worst chipolet around! We live right down the road and will drive to the other side of town to get food. The staff is rude, food is too spicy, or has 0 spice on it. It’s like they don’t mix it up well. Very small orders and last time they didn’t even give me my sides I ordered of corn salsa and sour cream. We order the same thing every time online and pay online and all the other Chipotle’s get it right but never this one. Don’t waist your time go across town!!!

So last evening(7:15-ish), I went to get my fiance and I sofritas and carnitas bowls because Akron couldn’t seem to keep the electric on in the Highland Square area, AGAIN. Anyways, they had a line out the door. I was a cook for 25 years, 2.5 of that at a Chipotle location. The staff here, though young, was focused and constant and did an amazing and extremely professional job. One customer, and you know who you are, was very rude to the cashier who was helping to make an order, switch out pans to bring fresh food out, helping the 1 and only young lady making all the orders.(and to the young lady making the online orders – wow and great job!!!) So to the cashier, good job, thank you, and you should be proud of yourself. The rest of the staff was very solid – though VERY busy – and not expecting that many orders, I’m sure, were calm, polite, and smooth. So, props to y’all too! You see folks, if you’ve never worked in the food business, you don’t get it. It takes a certain type of person to do what they do-so don’t be rude because you think you’re above them. Remember, us food workers worked every day during the height of the pandemic, were forced to police masks, risk getting sick, and forced to listen to the absurdity and rudeness of people whom think they’re privileged, above others, or just plain inconsiderate. As for the rude customer last evening at about 7:30 pm; what if that was your son or daughter working? Hmm? I sure hope you don’t talk to your kids, parents, spouse, or grandparents that way.

You can never go wrong with Chipotle! I get the burrito bowl sometimes just veggie or sofritas, brown rice, black beans, fajitas, corn and tomato salsa, guacamole and lettuce. Delicious!

Hoping the management team reads this at some point— your cashier with the purplish hair and winged eyeliner is very rude and shouldn’t be in a customer facing position. I’ve encountered her twice now. She’s rude for no reason and seems to be looking for a reason to be annoyed with people who are just trying to pay for their food and leave. This person shouldn’t be interacting with people at all, it’s making this location and Chipotle as a whole look bad. I hope she can find something more suited to her personality, it surely isn’t customer service.
