I ordered a couple of pizzas here & the deep dish pizza was not fully cooked. Instead of refunding my money for the pizza, the manager agreed to put my name in their “book” of credits. I questioned if I was going to have trouble using the credit and he assured me I wouldn’t. Fast forward to today, I tried to redeem the credit & I was told my name was not in their “book.” If they try to offer you their version of a credit, don’t accept it because you won’t receive it. Ask for a refund instead!

I ordered a large pepperoni thin crust pizza. They gave me a regular large pepperoni. This is the second time this week this has happened the first time we just ate it. Second time I called and they told me to bring it in. Mind you I had already drove to the hospital and back. My husband has been at the hospital and really was craving it. They kept that pizza and asked me to pay 81 cents extra. No sorry. No discount ect. Also the place is very dirty. I will not be coming back

been eatin from this exact one since I was a kid love the food and service of the nice workers there. I don’t know if it’s there fault or not it might depend on who’s working the back at the time but 75% of the time pizza is burnt. otherwise the food is delicious and awesome and awesome customer service definitely recommend this place

Two of the 4 pizzas we ordered were burnt and they didn’t bother to add sauce to the order of chicken wings. Additionally, the music blasting from the boom box just behind the register was entirely inappropriate, with near-constant swearing and racial slurs. Thought Little Caesar’s was supposed to be family friendly? Definitely will not order from here again.

I never get my full order whenever I order from the website. Then, I am asked to call a special #, since it seems they use doordash… then I am told I am getting a refund. Weeks later… no refund on the missing products. Infact 2 times in a row they messed up. A few days ago, they forgot to give me my 2 L drink and the sauce that came with my breadsticks, the time before that, part of my order was wrong. What’s bugging me most, at THIS point, is that I am still waiting for my money back.
