Horrible customer service, waited 45 min after app notified me pizza was ready. No apology or explanation and when I got home 2 of the 5 pizzas were wrong. I called them and told them my brother was in the area and would swing by to pick up the correct pizzas. They said no, I need to bring back the incorrect order to get the new ones. I told them we don’t eat pork and they put pepperoni and we are not pulling a fast one on them. She was so rude, claimed to be a manager and wouldn’t provide us with any names or contact information to escalate our complaint. I told her to send a delivery driver to pick up the pizza and drop off the correct one and she said I’ll have to charge you. I don’t understand why the customer needs to pay for your incompetent employees. A simple apology and credit of the two incorrect pizzas would have been acceptable. Now I’ll get an automated “we care about your experience” message and never hear from anyone.

I ordered white sauce chicken, green peppers, pineapple, and tomatoes for my birthday. As you can see I only got tomatoes. I tried calling the store with no answer. I tried the customer satisfaction hotline just to be told they are a franchise so I’m literally stuck waiting on a manager or owner to reach. $20 for a tomato pizza. I paid less for my 2 other 2 topping pizzas. Don’t count on them to come through for anything important.

On the 22nd I had a really bad customer experience with this location. However, the GM got ahold of me to apologize and make up for the incident. The GM was dedicated to great customer service. I feel the situation was resolved and I would feel confident to order from them again. I still would not recommend door dash as a delivery method, however, I would recommend this store for the GM’s dedication to customer service as well as my past dealing with this location location in person.

100% of the time, the app states my order is ready. When I pick up, it is another 15 minutes. Why???? And apparently l, it’s more important for staff to rearrange chairs then to greet customers standing at the counter for more then 5 minutes.

Last order was unsatisfactory. The dessert didn’t arrive with the pizza. The pizza was about 40 minutes later to arrive than website indicated and the temperature was barely warm. The store personnel did not answer their phone when I tried to inquire about the order, and the call center staff member was impatient and rude. Definitely not my best experience with Pizza Hut.

Ordered to dine in gave them name and phone number said it would be 15 minutes, 25 minutes go by so we went to check on it and it was sitting on the counter, they told us if you want us to bring it to the table you have to request that. I said why didn’t you tell us that when we ordered it or just tell us it was ready we was 20 feet from the counter? I can’t fairly rate the pizza it was now cold. Don’t go here to dine in. I was alway’s curious why noone ever does now I see why. Dining area was kind of sloppy and you eat off paper plates, the red pepper flakes and Parm. cheese was also extra charge. Not the Pizza Hut of the past

I should have read the reviews before ordering but the commercials got me. My order was half an hour late and I don’t know if this contributed to what looks like day old pizza that was left on the counter. Half of the pizza is so hard I can’t eat it due to having braces. The wings I ordered barly have sauce half of them are dry so my quest to not have to cook for the family this Friday evening is moot due to the fact that 2 out of the 3 of us have braces and can not eat the food that was delivered. Super sad this is the first time I have had pizza hut in a long time and was expecting the quality it use to be complete waste of $60.

Pizza was over a half hour late, I was picking it up. I had to ask for my pizza despite the fact they knew I was there already and waiting for it. Staff was a mix of busy, unorganized/untrained/in the back yelling at other employees that pizza was sticking to the racks. Repeatedly. Loud enough the other guests waiting to place orders or pickup (nobody was up front) were all looking around at each other pretty shocked. There’s so much that I can say about how disappointed I am with this location, but as the saying goes, “a picture is worth a thousand words.” I have NEVER ordered pizza that wasn’t good the day after being ordered. It’s unfortunate that I basically wasted half of my money, but Kimberly (the alleged manager) was of no help or understanding when bringing it to her attention. Then again, I went in knowing the possibility of that because that’s how low budget this location is. I will NEVER order from here again and will discourage anyone who asks from wasting their money and time here as well. Lastly, I’ve learned when you can’t get answers from the bottom, go to the top, thus a formal complain has been filed. They’re lucky no one got food poisoning!
