Great place to grab something to eat. While having some gambling fun, we got hungry and tried out Brew Brothers. Service was excellent. Husband enjoyed his cold beer and I liked the margarita. We order the nachos and ground beef fries. They were both pretty good.

I decided to have a cheat day from my Keto dite. Normally, when I do that, everything I eat is delicious. We tried the beef fajitas and the nachos. It is overpriced and extremely bland food. I wish I had thought of taking a picture of the grease beneath the nacho chips. The fajitas were bland and so tough to chew. The food was very disappointing. Talk about a waste of a cheat meal. I will not try another dish from here. If they can’t get that right, what makes me believe they can prepare anything I like. I see why this restaurant is already at 3.5 after being open for 2 months.

Bad service overall, poor food discipline (burger and fries served cool on a warm plate, mac & cheese also served cool in a warm dish). Josh at the bar was rude and condescending to nearly everyone else that approached the bar (ironically not us (wife and I), but basically had such a bad work ethic and poor customer service, customers left instead of dealing with him. This was a waste of our money and time. We chose to eat in the casino instead of somewhere else for convenience, but we regretted our decision. Hotel management and casino leadership should already be aware of this issue because we were here nearly 5 months ago and experience was the same.

Absolutely RIDICULOUS prices. I understand it cost loads of money to design and decorate but $18 Appetizers, $19 burgers and $15 cocktails is literally Las Vegas Bellagio or Cosmopolitan prices. Lower your prices even 10% and you’ll notice a Big change in patron turn out. The 2 times I’ve been it’s been a cemetery in there. With those prices, Easy to understand how. Good Luck.

This was our second time dining at Brew Brothers. Don’t know what happened but it was awful!!! First visit everything was fantastic. Second visit hamburger was well done and dried out ( ordered med), fish and chips… fish was extremely over cooked and dry. I wanted to send back but it took over an hour to get our meal and was not going to sit around another hour… the manager Lisa came around so we told her bout food, she said sorry to hear that and walked away! Won’t be back.

The place was nearly empty, ordered food, took nearly an hour to get 2 cheese burgers and fried shrimp po-boy. Another 20 minutes to get a fried chicken sandwich. Manager said it was because the chicken was on the grill????? Still haven’t figured fried chicken on the grill??? Not one time until food came did we get soda refills. Service was horrible, and I’m usually very forgiving, manager and wait staff wanted to dispute everything we said. Not to mention it was WAY overpriced! NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!!….

This place is an absolute joke. I’ve been platinum and/or seven star with horseshoe for years. I was excited to go and have one so close. The food was cold and not seasoned at all. The bartender was clueless, seemed overwhelmed by having 6 people at her bar. The management were nowhere to be found on any trip there (3 total since Feb). I guess I’ll have to keep driving to Bossier.

Our server was a girl named Kailen. She was awesome! She really elevated our dinner and created a very nice experience for us that we’ll remember. We can’t wait to come back. We will definitely be asking to sit in Kailen’s section!

Horrible service and attitude. I got chastised for sitting at a table “without permission”. My server was “training” and acted like he was stressed because I ordered food. I really want to like the Horseshoe… it’s close to my house. But they really need to pick up their game with their food and beverage. Oh yeah, you can’t get a drink at the table either. Come on people, this is a Casino. Act like it. And quit hiding behind Covid. It’s time to start living again.
