I asked for my sandwich to come without cheese and they served me the sandwich with cheese…. I told them I’m Lactose intolerant… Pretty basic stuff guys. Gen Z squad don’t care about you or your sandwich needs. Potbelly’s does a better job and cost the same. Cya Jimmy.

Not happy with this location. Both times I’ve ordered it took them over 40 minutes to get to me. This last order was the worst. I won’t be ordering from this location anymore. I ordered the veggie sandwich. It was nothing but lettuce. The lettuce was not cleaned at all, I can see little black mysterious things inside my sandwich, the lettuce was brown. Not fresh at all. One part of the Sandwich was terribly hard. I have a feeling they are giving out orders that are being left without pick ups

I am definitely call corporate office on this location. I went in to order my husband and I a sub for dinner. The two people working there(1 boy and 1 girl) seriously was making fun of me, Laughing in my face as I was trying to order. They were totally rude and very disrespectful. They need fired!!!

Got charged for a sandwich I didnt even order. Only ordered 2 sandwiches and it took the young lady a few times to get the 2 sandwiches I did order correctly. And we were the only car! Was told I’d get a refund for complete meal, waiting to see if this actually happens. Been told that before for the same issue and nothing was paid back. Pretty sad. Pay attention to your receipts …check everything before you leave even in drive thru.

This was my 1st visit. Ordered over the phone. I show to the front door and call them for curb pick up. “You gotta go thru the drive thru to get it.” There is a car in front of me & I have to wait. I finally get my order and head home to find no pop i ordered but a straw. I call them and they offer a credit (cant give back a charge in my card). I then Express my displeasure with wasting my time waiting at the drive thru when all they had to do was open the front door and leave it out front. He says, “we dont do that. We have too many customers and not enough employees.” Fyi there were like 2 employees and 2 customers in the middle of a pandemic, lol
