I went with my family and the attention from the team on Friday night was very bad. the preparation of the pizzas was the worst they used very few ingredients and limited quantities there were no options to choose from. The pizza had almost no sauce or cheese. And very expensive for the quality.

High rating because they cauliflower crust was delicious! Although pricey, The food is just a little bit above average. Ordered the Greek salad and it just seemed bland and either not enough dressing or the dressing just didn’t have any flavor. I had the pizza with the white sauce and it didn’t have enough sauce so I recommend getting extra.

The staff are always really friendly! The pizza ingredients are really good! I love how you can choose your own ingredients or I have a menu to choose from. Their desserts are yummy! Even if you feel too full to eat the dessert, be sure to buy one so you can eat it later!

We are done with this location once and for all! A $10 pepperoni pizza with only 50 – 75% of the pizza covered with anything – 50 to 25% without sauce, cheese, or pepperoni! See attached photo. Pizza was burnt on the bottom and the entire pizza was overcooked. Of course we didn’t see this until we got home and at that point we’re done once and for all. Sad.

I ordered 5 pizzas and 3 of them are prepared incorrectly. This is in regards to order # 20365187351838721. Only 1 pizza had chicken and even that one didn’t have the pesto base as given in instructions. Overall, the pizza is good and I ordered several times earlier in Houston and this is my first order in DFW and will definetly avoid this location and/or take out from this location.

This was the first time eating at this establishment. The staff made it easy to order and explained how things worked. I saw them from start to finish make and bake my pizza. I ordered the Mad Dog which is for meat lovers and it was fantastic. Clean store coupled with a great staff made my first-time experience here great.

Place had two customers when I came in with my family. No greeting or even acknowledge that they had a customer in front of them. Had to ask if I should order on the phone because the guy seemed VERY busy with like 8 orders. He asked If I could give him a minute while he finished all those orders even though he took care of a customer that was in front of me. 3 other employees were available but no one helped so we left. Never going back, worst customer experience!!
