what happen to my pizza?! this is how it arrived, im not sure what they did it what the delivery guy did, but this is uncalled for. and i tipped for them to do this!? i see another customer had the same issue with thier pizza being like this, don’t order from this place! i didn’t even eat because it looked tampered with and couldn’t even call because it was passed after hours

Would give Zero if I could. Definitely going to contact corporate regarding food tampering. Waited almost an hour for my pizza and finally get it and it’s the wrong order. Driver apologizes but then says there’s nothing he can do for me so oh well. Um what? After voicing my opinion on why that isn’t going to work he decides that “Well, I can call the store and have it remade and redelivered”. You can’t do anything for me but now that you see I’m upset you can do that??? After that rude interaction I tried to call the store 4 times and no answer. They were going to send me another pizza and have me wait without any compensation. This all happened around midnight so I am now hungry, angry, and irritated. I left a negative review and tried calling again a FIFTH time. Finally got an answer and was taken care of and given a refund but the manager saw my review and decided to send me a tainted pizza because they didn’t like that I wasn’t happy about the late pizza, the wrong order, the rude driver, and the 4 unanswered calls.

Date of Delivery: 10/25/2018 – My order was on my doorstep 17 minutes from when I pushed the “Place Order” button on my laptop. It was piping hot and delicious. Delivery clerk did forget my 2-liter of soda, so he ran back to the store and delivered that approximately 7-8 minutes after my initial pizza delivery. I’m rating less than a 5/5 star because the lava had oozed out of the Lava Crunch Cakes.

The food here is usually pretty tasty. But they never make it right. My boyfriend doesn’t really like cheese so we order extra sauce to cover the taste a little. Every time they barely put any sauce on the pizza and extra cheese. Every time. Tonight there’s so much cheese we can’t even eat the pizza. Called back and told them we couldn’t eat it, was offered $10 off my next order or new pizza. I’ve already said we can’t eat this pizza and since we wouldn’t have ordered and paid for food we weren’t going to eat, how is money off our next order going to help? It was offered because they are “really busy” and didn’t want to remake a pizza they made wrong. Also, most of the delivery people are quite awkward. They kind of just stare at me half the time until I say hello and hold out money. This place definitely needs better training, like I said the food tastes good as long as the employees actually make it how it was ordered.

I was so dissapointed by the driver who delivered my pizza today, His name is GREGORY he came knock on my door too loud that scared us all and my instructions were ring the door bell, by the time i opened the door he was gone and left my pizza on the door mat without a reciept and 4 quarters on top for the dollar tip i had given. I ordered online. Hand tossed and cheese bread with bacon and jalapeños. My pizza looks like thin crust, cheese bread dis not have bacon or jalapeños on it. Call store back no answer. Try calling next day, no answer. I showed up to inform manager. He was rude about it. Reluctantly made my food. Came out even worst. I will never go back.
