I don’t have high expectations for a little Caesar’s.. but this one is the worst. They never have anything hot and ready, and the store is gross on the inside. The poor kid working inside the store was doing his best to keep things going. After walking in I immediately noticed that the large screens that normally display the menu were not working. The kid behind the counter said the menu screens had been broken for about a month, and that the owner never came to fix them. I was told if I wanted to see the menu, to just look on my phone. After talking with other customers in the store, it seems that the owner rarely comes around and obviously doesn’t care about the appearance of the store. All of the employees wearing sweat pants and making pizzas with no gloves. Watched the employees handle money and then go right back to making pizzas without stopping to wash their hands. This little Caesar’s Will definitely be closing up shop again very soon if they continue down this road..

This used to be my kid’s favorite pizza, now they are finally just like please never again. It is pretty bad. They put so much butter (or whatever that stuff really is) on the bread sticks , I went to pick up the bag and it literally poured out all over me and inside my truck. It’s so greasy it seeps through the box, like a lot! Don’t set it on any furniture for movie night or anything. The owner seems super nice, but I can’t say the same about all of the staff. I know you get what you pay for but the prices have went up, not too bad, but the quality has went way down)

337 the manager at Little Caesars in Jasper is very rude and very disrespectful so don’t order food from Little Caesars a Jasper online because if you don’t call ahead of time and let the manager know you’re running late or you’re going to be late they’ll throw your food away, she will deliberately throw it in the trash, she wanted to keep arguing instead of making it right, but had the nerve to tell me I’m only gonna do this once I’m not gonna do it again well, Marcus is my last time coming to this Little Caesars, you can’t treat your customers better than that then you don’t need to be a district manager.. do you know I’m not no manager, but I never talked to a customer/employee like that was a dog because that’s the exact way she treated and acted toward me was treating me like a dog. So if y’all want to continue to go to that little Caesars more power to you, but I’m not about to give my business to accompany just gonna throw my food away after I’ve already bought it and pay for it.

Ultimate Supreme, huh? More like Ultimate Fail. Who makes a pizza like this? Oh, that’s right… Pickens County, Georgia does. What a joke! I’ve ordered an Ultimate Supreme from this location twice previously. On each occasion, they forgot to put Italian sausage on top. This time, they included the sausage but… look at it… How hard is it to make a decent pizza? I’m done with this Little Caesar’s. Ya’ll can have it.

First time eating at Little Caesars since they reopened several months ago. No one working there tonight spoke English. Ordering was difficult. The employees did not understand the advertising specials that were posted on the little Caesars website. Employees were very polite, but the situation was difficult.

Placed order online for pizza and cheese sticks. When we got there to pick up, Hispanic lady said she had 3 exact orders from same person. I said we only placed one order. I assume it was a glitch in system. When I said I only wanted one order, that was a problem. I was expected to get and pay for all 3 orders. When I said I’ll pay for one order or I would leave, the attendant said “Ok, you can leave. ” Unbelievably poor customer service. Won’t be going back to that one ever again.

It’s hard to write a bad review about Little Caesars having little expectations, but man, their service is terrible at this location. I only live 5 min away, but I will probably go to Canton’s location in the future. I just picked up a deep dish that had no cheese on one whole side and looked like it had been thrown on the ground after it was boxed. When I showed it to the worker, she insisted it was fine. This isn’t the first time I’ve been disappointed with my order here.

This is by far the worst little Caesars I have ever went to. Look I know I am not expecting a 5 star pizza joint, but I do expect respect especially when I myself am a very respectful person. I returned the brownie because it had been opened already and smelt freezer burnt. She got an attitude with me and said she made sure it was sealed like lady come on now. And when I told it her it smelt freezer burnt she didn’t know what I meant by that. She was rude and lacks basic customer service. I hope y’all fix your problems, there’s not many options for food in jasper, but I would take an extra 30 minute drive for better service at the blue ridge little Caesars.

Very disappointed in the staff at this location today. My husband stood waiting for someone to come to the front for 10 minutes. He could see staff on their phones. They did not even acknowledge him when he came in. The food is hit or miss. Not once have we had good interactions with the staff.
