Filippou’s Twisted Pizza offers decent pizza that won’t disappoint. While it may not be the most remarkable pizza I’ve ever had, it’s a solid option for a casual pizza craving. I ordered twisted pizza for the first time tonight. The fact that they have gluten free pizza was awesome. The girl over the phone told me 45-55 min for delivery and my food arrived within 35 min. Everything was delicious. Kudos to the cook!

This place has great service and good workers, but the food is not as good as it used to be and it’s pricey! I don’t like to complain unless it’s really bad and I’m very sorry to say this was not good at all. The food was cold and hard, and It wasn’t cooked all the way. I’ve eaten here for takeout several times, thinking maybe it was just a fluke, and no, it’s not. Every time I have eaten at this one, it’s been the same gross and not done right. I would not recommend it. The mozzarella sticks were burnt or just sitting there forever they tasted like, the nachos were congealed to the point where i couldn’t eat it just inedible, and the chicken was under cooked with the wrong sauce . I feel bad for the workers who are good, hard-working people.

Last night I called and ordered a pizza and an appetizer. I was told the wait would be 45 minutes to an hour. After about an hour and a half, I called to check in. Then again at the two hour mark. Both times was told my food was on the way. My third call was a request to speak with the manager. He made a ton of excuses and offered me a refund. When the food finally arrived 2 1/2 hours later, I was so dissatisfied. The food was ice cold when it got to me. I doubt I’ll see the refund. My issue is that if I’d been told the wait was two hours I’d have been able to make the decision to either wait or take my business somewhere else. I wasn’t offered the opportunity to make an informed choice. They should have told us about the extended wait time or stopped taking orders till they were caught up. It’s bad business practices to lie. It’s worse that they seemed completely indifferent about it.

Woman who works in the front was super rude to my daughter. The woman handed her the food sideways the lid popped open and my daughter dropped it. She made my daughter feel terrible about dropping it. Food was good.

Loved it! I was visiting from Los Angeles with my wife and 3 month old son. First of all the staff was very kind and helpful to make sure we were comfortable. Second, the food was amazing. My wife got the Tossed salad, I got the Volcanic Hawiian pizza with jalapenos added and we shared the Hot Buffalo wings. My wife really enjoyed the salad. The pizza was delicious and both the pizza and wings had the perfect level of heat. Thanks guys!

Online sent the order to the incorrect store. I am not familiar with the area. I called, and the Wakefield store sent the order to the Exeter store, when I looked on the map, it was the Coventry store that should have gotten the order. After an 1.25 hours, I called, and found out that the Coventry store had “just gotten the order, and needed my credit card again. They had already charged m3 $27 for the meal. She said it had been voided, but then said they were just starting to make it, and hour an a half later….. This is after a 2 minute hold of silence to be told it would be at least 45 more minutes before I could have the meal I already paid for. I’ll have to get the frozen dinners from the hotel. This is NOT a serious business that wants positive feedback, or return customers. This was once a great restaurant chain, but now, like many others, feel like they are entitled to your business, and do not need positive reviews, or customer experiences. Order from somewhere else.

I ordered French fries it taste like it was cooked in cold grease received 2 dipping sauce of honey mustard and it was spicy sauce I received a spaghetti with Alfredo sauce with shrimp the shrimp were good but the cavatappi Was on one side of the plate I asked for extra Alfredo sauce and they gave me less than I expected Aint worth your time or your money I paid $38 for all of this so go somewhere else
