Completely messed up two burgers in one drive-through order. We were able to get our money back. Once inside of the restaurant, we found out that they were out of most toppings. I had ordered jalapeños and was charged extra for them. My friend’s fish sandwich was also wrong. Could have saved us time by informing how they were out of food supplies.

We had a coupon code from the app, young man asked if it was 6 digits or 4 digits, it’s was 6, he stated that they don’t accept those one. I asked the clerk at the pay window why they don’t accept the 6 digit coupons, she stated they don’t accept any App coupons, so i said the 1st guy was lying about the 4 digit code, she just smirked. Just be honest and tell your customer you don’t accept any APP coupons. BTW the menu board was all busted up too.

Management find customer service below themselves. They never have the ice cream/ milkshake machine working everyone knows its cause they don’t like cleaning it. When I inquired about the machine the manager reacted defensively and hot on the phone she even came to the window to observe what type of car I left in not sure if she took my plate number but I never want to go back .just to put them on notice in and out always has ice cream and milk shakes not to mention excellent customer service .

Food was actually good. I am a BK fan. The 2 star review is directly focused on the guy who was given the responsibility to take orders via the drive through. His “what do you want to order” greeting, and couldn’t care less attitude was so off-putting that I would have left if I was not blocked in by the other cars in the line. The guy at the counter, I think his name was Allen or something similar, was really nice. The unknown voice guy should never, ever be allowed to be in a customer contact position. Why work there if you cannot be civil?

Order taker told me $7 for a single double ham croissant, with senior citizen discount. I double checked to make sure she understood me. Two double ham croisanwiches are less than $7, without discount.

My family went to this Burger King a couple of weeks ago and order off the breakfast menu. We order and pulled up to the drive thru window and we forgot to add a sandwich. When we asked the cashier to add it. She told us to hold on and went to the back and got the manager. Then the manager can to the window and told us we had to go back in line to order it because there were other people behind us. Note, there was no one in the line when we asked the cashier and when the manager came to the window the car had just pulled in. When I asked why? She said it’s the policy. When I asked where does it state that at. She then pointed to the window in which had nothing on there. After she realized that there nothing there. She continued to tell us that she couldn’t add the sandwich. This manager was very unhelpful and rude and obviously didn’t know anything about the policy because there was nothing stated anywhere or just doesn’t care for her job and the customer. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to other especially when we’re paying customers.

We received an online gift card Burger King to help us in the process of moving. They refused to take it because they said they only know how to swipe. The gift card literally says on it that if you don’t know how to do this consult a manager and they are absolutely refused. Not sure where people working in a fast-food restaurant are getting this arrogance that they could just refuse to do their job. Now my diabetic husband has to go without breakfast because the drive-thru worker wouldn’t ask their manager one question. If he passes out it’s on you!
