This business is new to our neighborhood. I certainly have been to other Jersey Mikes before and this this one stacks a little higher.

Really great location. I’ve been twice since they opened and the first time was on their donation day, which I made a mistake on my online order and called in to correct it, and they were more than kind and accommodating on what I’m sure is one of their busiest day (thanks again!!!). And then tonight we came in and the staff just couldn’t be more accommodating and customer service driven. Great subs too!!

My coworkers and I ordered online so the instructions were right infront of them. 5 people of 7 got what they ordered. I give the food a 3 because it may have been good if they made it right. Very disappointing given how many people had great things to say. Allergies are very important to pay attention to. I won’t order there again. It’s sad that they don’t value return customers.

I’ve stopped in this location a few times now. All have been good experiences. The employees are kind and quick. The subs are the perfect balance of meat and veggies. I’ve been longing for a specialty sub shop in this area being that I work in the area. I’ll go back over and over again.

New location. First sub was great. Guessing the owner made it. 2nd sub was not so great. Missing ingredients and not something I would ever order again. Ordered a steak and mushroom sub that had no mushrooms and I do not think any cheese. It was not good. The owner needs to get back in there. Would not go back based on my sandwich today. Was excited after my 1st time there and then let down.

Can take a while to get your sandwich depending on the experience level of the person doing the slicing. But worth it.

Old stale bread, barely any meat on sandwich and way over priced!… I bought 3 subs, 50$ and had stale bread sandwiches.

A staff member kindly offered to cook my cold sub meats on the grill for me, and took the time to explain to his coworkers why he offered this option for me (I am pregnant). Thank you!

disappointed. ordered two sandwiches. one philly. other italian. my italian is just sitting there (behind the counter) while the philly is being made. it doesn’t taste better with time, guys. they get soggy. maybe you should plan better so they are done the same time? not getting the vibe to come back unless you fix things. this is actually my third time here. might be the last.
