The manager phey is super on top of things in the restaurant. I’ve seen her in action and she runs the business smoothly with a very clean kitchen. The rest of the staff here are good workers with a cool head on there shoulders. This is a well run established fast food restaurant.

If yall employees don’t want to run down the drinks menu, maybe yall should post it on the outside menu. Tell people that you sell Pepsi products doesn’t explain which ones you sell. Especially to a coke products drinker. Why it is taking management so longer to connect the dots about offering good service or making the suggestions to corporate I will never understand.

If I could give a zero to this place, I would. I have never been mistreated in my life. So I’m ordering thru the drive-thru Sunday, 7/9, around 1:30 pm. The guy taking my order had difficulty listening, so I repeated myself multiple times. Then he said his having a hard time listening I raised my voice, and then someone else, a lady this time, talks back with an attitude saying that I’m being disrespectful and that she was not going to allow me to speak to her employees that way. What? I tried to explained the communication issue and then she refused to provide service and was super rude. I had been waiting in the line about 15 min.Then I come to the window and ask to speak to the manager, another guy comes in, and from the start his talking down on me. He refuses to give me his name and is wearing a hat cap sideways with his name on it. I think the name was Armando or Armino. He calls me ignorant and saying that I’m embarrassing my kid. Terrible employees and Managers if this is the manager. A place that treat customers like this should be closed. They totally lack customer service. I wish I had seen the bad reviews before. Shame on the corporation “Yum” for allowing a location like this to be open.

Dt was 30 min deep showed up 5 minutes before lobby closed; already placed an order on mobile app and staff refused to open door; then I pleaded to let me use the restroom so I was allowed to enter thankfully but then when I asked to please proceed with my mobile order while I wait and use the restroom he REFUSED and told me I HAD to go thru the 20+ car deep 30+ minute wait drive thru. So came at about 12:15AM. Goggle says they close 1AM There’s no line only saw one car at the window so I say to myself perfect so I pull up to the drive thru box and sit out there for about 5 minutes no body has said anything so i look check the times they have displayed right there under the voice box says drive thru closes 1 am. So I reverse a bit and drive up again. Waiting. Another five minutes still nothing. So I then drive up to the pick up window. Where I am there I can see two employees inside. One is literally packing up KFC chicken into a big old kFC bucket so i’m waiting for them to acknowledge me being outside the window. One of them walks away. And then I can still see the other one packing up her food I assume to take home. Seeing as I am the only one there. Finally after probably another 3-5 minutes of waiting an employee comes to me and asks if need anything. I ask are you open she says Taco Bell and I said ok that’s fine can I get a crispy chulupa box. Then she asks a fellow employee they say they are closed. And I said so you guys don’t have anything she says no they are closed. So I waited outside for 15 minutes or more at a place that doesn’t close for another 30-45 minutes and they say they are closed. Terrible customer service and experience. I only wish I could have receipt. So I can write this review directly to the corporate office.

Asked for nacho cheese sauce on my chalupa and of course, they don’t add it. So you charge me for nacho cheese, but don’t give me any. I think that’s stealing last time I checked. Promptly went back for a refund. If you can’t follow simple instructions, then you don’t deserve my money

The service was great but the sausage quesadilla , burrito and Crunchwrap contained meat that was scorched ! Did not realize till I got home and wasn’t going back ! It smelled like it was burnt and used anyway ! The flavor was only on burrito and quesadilla , since they are loose sausage ! Not a great experience! Called and let store know ! They apologized and hung up! Should have offered something for my disappointment but did not ! It’s ok I probably won’t stop there again !

This Taco Bell makes up their own rules and has a limited menu. You can’t order online, it doesn’t have all the menu items that the app shows, and I can only get an iced coffee for breakfast. The drive through always takes forever, even if there’s only one car in front of me.
