The manager has terrible customer service skills. I placed an online catering order for 19 sandwiches at 10a. The system gave me a pick-up time of 11:48a; I called to confirm that the order would be ready, they confirmed. I get there to pick it up, the young man behind the counter was pleasant. As he was boxing up the order, I sit at a table to wait, here comes the manager yelling across the store: “next time order the day before, your order messed us up!”. Really?! My $327 corporate order messed you up? No problem, I will make sure my corporation doesn’t ever order from you again. So the luncheon planned for next week, will not be catered by Jersey Mike’s. Next time keep your mouth shut… I was actual going to compliment and tip extra for having the order ready on short notice and refer your store to my teammates. (Also, at least 2 of the sandwiches were wrong/mislabeled for the individual order)

Ordered a hot sub and based on past experiences with Jersey Mike’s, the toppings are customizable after the meat is applied. Well, in this instance, I wasn’t asked for any customizations or preferences. They just assumed I wanted it as listed on the menu with nothing else added.

I dont know how the food is. I couldn’t eat it. I’ve eaten at several other locations and they were great about food allergies. This place had shredded cheese all over the counter (it was not busy.)

I submitted a private complaint asking for my money back but now it’s been over a week and I have even been back for a second meal. First visit last week I ordered extra meat and didn’t get it. Second visit last week I ordered an Italian in a bowl. They didn’t roll the meat and cut it into pieces, which is the only way i have received this sandwich in a bowl. I asked for utensils and I was informed there were forks in the lobby. (Which are placed there unwrapped for the whole world to touch). Last I checked how should someone cut up lunch meat with just a fork…. I had just a pile of meat with no way to eat it. The place is always messy with napkins everywhere and often times not stocked. I wouldn’t recommend going to this Jersey Mike’s.

A pretty descent Jersey Mike’s. The crew is always pretty professional. Gimme a sec to catch up to the internet orders. The mini sandwiches are a pretty good calorie choice. Getting into this store is a bit of bear with the proximity to DC’s only Costco.

Jersey Mike’s has become one of our go to places. My wife enjoys deli sandwiches very much and the quality here is consistently high. This shop produces such great sandwiches compared to other places around town, that literally the day she gave birth to our child, and felt like she could have deli meat again, I was sent on a mission from the other side of the City to get her a sub and bring it back. We have had cold cuts, cheesesteaks, and chicken cheesesteaks–everything was excellent. The staff here is standout too. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, enthusiastic to be helpful, and seems happy to be there. They seem like they have fun working together and they do a good job. We have always been happy with our experience and will continue to frequent this Jersey Mike’s. The only negative things I could add about this location are that the chip selection isn’t very good and the music is almost always very loud.

The Mike’s Grilled Veggie Wrap was horrible. It consisted of lettuce, tomato, a few small green pepper slices, cheese and some runny ranch dressing. I thought there would be actually “GRILLED” veggies like zuchhini, yellow squash, green/red peppers, onion, maybe some mushrooms that were actually “Grilled”. This was just salad thrown on a hot surface and heated up to mush. Not only was it a sloppy mess, when I bit into it, It was nasty. After one bite, I was totally disgusted. Mike’s is OK for a simple sub, clean, the young staff are effective and serious about their work.

Sub sucked that I ordered. The young lady didn’t properly prepare my sub. I was very disappointed with the amount of meat or shall I say lack of meat. So I won’t be going to that location especially paying 30 bucks for 2 subs no meat hardly and lots of bread

It looks like ownership doesn’t care. I had a similar experience as others have complained about. Went into this location and was struck by the dirt and napkins on the floor. There were about 5 young people behind the counter just standing around talking. No one greeted me as I entered, I was the only customer. I stood at the counter waited to be acknowledged and was eventually asked what I wanted with a tone and facial expression that clearly indicated that i was interrupting. If you are going to leave your establishment in the hands of young people you’ve got to train them better.
