Food was pretty good for AZ. My problem was with the super rude person who took my order and wanted to argue with me because she got it wrong. My son has had food allergies for years and you’re not the first to mess it up. I wasnt even upset at first. Don’t try to tell me I ordered wrong. Just fix the order and drop the attitude.

This was my first (and last) visit. I thought the food would be good because there was a line in the drive thru. I thought wrong. First of all, you have to ask what’s in the specialty burritos because it’s nowhere on their menu or website. Anyway, I ordered the California burrito. Complete trash! No flavor whatsoever. The meat resembled wet cat food. I was very disappointed.

Wow. Where is the beef? I ordered the chimichanga and as you can see there is maybe a half ounce of beef in this. More carbs and veggies than meat. I was excited when I saw the size. Well sadly disappointed. First time trying this place and won’t go back.

Cannot rate the atmosphere because I pretty much only use the drive through. I pick up breakfast burritos at least 3 times a week here at all hours of the night because of my job hours. There are two young ladies who work their window that almost always have a smile on their faces and a good demeanor always. My favorite part is that my food is not ever too salty, or greasy, as many of these kinds of restaurants tend to be.

This is the 4th time I give it a try with their food and this is the 4th time lm very disappointed. I ordered a machaca torta which doesn’t say any description at all on the menu, so I assumed that it would come with Machaca, lettuce, tomatoes, etc, like a regular torta does but instead i received a torta bread with a little bit of shredded beef and lots of bell peppers and boiled tomatoes, sooo disgusting. I returned to the window to let them know about it and they said that there is a description about it on the menu but it doesn’t. They also said that if l didn’t like it they couldn’t exchange it for something else because l would be still be charged for the first and second item meaning that they don’t care about the customer satisfaction at all. Lastly, they add a bunch of wet lettuce and diced tomatoes to it for an extra charge ☹. Soo disappointed with this restaurant’s food and customer service. This is the worst fast food in Maricopa ever. I think that it would be much better an In n Out burger restaurant instead of this one. What a waste! I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I’ve been here a few times, it’s hit or miss. Not sure why they make you sign a receipt and expect a tip for handing you a burrito. Even in the drive thru. The food I got today was totally not what I ordered and it seemed old and didn’t have any flavor. My dog wouldn’t even eat it. One burrito $12. And they forgot the sour cream. Meat was flavorless, no seasoning and smelled like a farm or something.

Literally the worst service I have ever received. Ordered 3 breakfast burritos , (my kids are allergic to eggs) i specifically listed exactly what I wanted in my burritos. They put eggs in all three burritos after spending $32.00 on 3 burrito, that’s obviously frustrating, but mistakes happen . My husband went back to store and asked for them to be remade. The lady working admitted that it was her error and she said she should have asked about the eggs and not assumed, the older gentleman working refused to re-make them, he said we needed to pay the $32 again for the burritos to be remade, as THEY made the error.

Today was my first time going to this restaurant since there’s nothing else in the city and I should have listen to the bad reviews about the quality of the food and the service especially the cashier that was working the drive-through today around 5 PM. I got an attitude waited at the drive-through for like five minutes to get assistance, and then I ordered the 5 rolled tacos with meat when I got home I was very disappointed the fact that there was barely any guacamole or sour cream. The meat had absolutely no flavor and the rolled tacos barely had any meat so I basically got scammed $12 for a meal. Do not go to this restaurant is disgusting. I actually feel sick after eating this food if I continue to feel sick I will be calling the health inspection . Fix the quality of your food and the customer service because apparently it’s not meeting expectations well least for me. Update :7/1 I got super sick from this food I will be calling health inspection .update 7/16 the owner replies to the comments, saying to message them regarding our concerns. I have messaged him about two weeks now and I have not heard anything back.
