This place is always super busy, but management seems to think having 2-3 workers is sufficient. It definitely is not. Orders are always ready 20-30 mins after they say they will be, and usually incorrect in one way or another. The wings are pretty good, but they can’t ever seem to get the fries right. I always ask for extra crispy, but the fries come out like limp noodles every time and I only live a few blocks away.

This location on the Blvd is always great. Mike is usually the guy working the front when we go, and he is friendly and hard working. My sisters and I went there today, and he made sure our orders came out together and were bagged all together even though we paid separately which was really helpful and thoughtful. I always appreciate the quality of the food and the service we get here.

We placed an online order hoping to pick up dinner. After waiting the allotted 20 minutes, we went to pick up our order. It wasn’t ready and there was no staff at the counter to discuss the progress of the order. The entire lobby was filled with people also waiting on their orders. The staff was no where to be seen and the few employees we did see were doing nothing to fulfill orders or talk to customers. After waiting for 50 minutes, we finally canceled our order. I’ve had their food before and I’d give it 3 stars (certainly not worth a 50 minute wait) and had we not already paid online we would’ve canceled it sooner. Hopefully the staff will at least cancel our payment properly and it will just be time we’ve lost. Note: I’ve had a great experience at other Wingstops in the valley but this was the complete opposite and we won’t be stopping here again and I wouldn’t recommend any else stop in either.

Food was good. Terrible customer service. The girl at the front didn’t great us when we walked and was on her phone for 2 minutes until she finally said, “what can I get you” in a rude voice like we were interrupting her texting. When we asked to speak with a manager just to inform them of the situation turns out she was the manager. If this is the kind of managers they have I am definitely not going to be coming back. Very disappointed.

ALWAYS check your order before you leave this store. They have gotten my order wrong so many times… and when I get home and open my food to find it messed up and am sorely dissatisfied and hungry. If the lemon pepper wings weren’t so good I wouldn’t come back. This location just struggles to get my order right. So beware!

Would never go to this location again the workers and rude and don’t have good customer service. When I asked a simple question to if they were hiring and literally the lady hung up on me twice and didnt bother to call again but they actually called me like 6 or more times muted me but would hear them talking in the background

If I could rate zero I would. Food wasn’t ready until 30 minutes after the time I placed the order for. They told us that it would be ready soon, so we proceeded to sit in the lobby. Well at some point the food was finished. We sat for a very long time – almost half an hour, and they did not once call our name. The only reason we even recieved the order is because we finally decided to check. When someone finally made their way to the counter they got our name and proceeded to hand over our lukewarm and stale food. We had to ask for our drinks and had to replace one of the cups they gave us because it had nasty stains on the inside. People who came in after us got their food before we did. Staff were unfriendly and overall one of the worst dining experiences ever.
