The girl working the drive thru window clearly was having an off morning but ok, it’s Monday. But I made the mistake of looking in the kitchen, not the cleanest.. but ok, it’s fast food and seek and you’ll find.. so I was going to ignore that. Terrible experience. light skin lady with the glasses (manager) is a terrible individual. Nice guy in the cooking area continues to get harassed by her. Not a good way to speak to your employees. She continues to drive customers away. Not a good look do better.

It was one of the worst experiences ever. The cashier working the window handed me a brown sprite, and when I brought attention to it, she looked at me and expected me to be OK with it and responded back with no one else has had a problem with it and it’s been that color. So I asked her could she get me a Coke because who would want to drink a brown sprite? She then responded back with who would want to drink anything out of this when it’s never cleaned. I rudely said she can keep the drink and drove off. I am not done with this. I will be calling her supervisor. I’ve just been busy running a business so I haven’t gotten around to it. I’m not sure what the young lady’s name was, I just know that she had very thin, dark brown and burgundy weave in that was down her back. This incident occurred around lunchtime on Saturday June 17th.

The black lady manager who works at the drive-thru window should retire because her attitude is beyond horrible. She looks angry and tired all the time. Customer service here is rude and distasteful, and they don’t wear gloves when they pack your fries. Please hire workers who know how to provide great customer service.

Literally, there were only 2 employees. Can’t imagine how safe that is…. 1 in the kitchen, and 1 working the front and drivethru. Went into the bathroom to wash my hands after ordering. Honestly wish I had done that 1st. Did not find the soap dispenser until I went into the female restroom to get soap. The soap for the men’s restroom was on the floor. Cant imagine the male employees picking it up to use it, then putting it back down when they use the restroom. Then there was the sound of a bird chirping coming from the kitchen???? Obviously, it was not worth the time to ask for a refund, so I just got my food and threw it out when I left.

I’ve had a negative experience EVERY time I’ve come here to the point where I’m NEVER going again. On my most recent visit half my order was missing then I was accused of trying to “scam the hell outta Burger King” when I came back with all the food I had received and receipt literally ten minutes later. The funny part is while angrily correcting my order they proceeded to screw up another order right in front of my face. And the cherry on top is whoever’s taking orders in the drive thru seemingly every time I come is rude as hell for absolutely no reason. I worked in fast food management for 5 years so I’m extra courteous and lenient, because I get the struggle, but nah… You ain’t never gon catch me in this place again. Foods always trash and the service is even worse. Drive the extra 10-15 minutes to any other Burger King. It’s worth it… trust me.
