Lemon Pepper is supposed to be a dry rub. We loved the prior recipe. Why did it change? Also, our fries were old and unseasoned today. The staff replaced the fries without issue; however, they should not have included them in our ToGo order.

We ordered 75 wings for pick up, arrived to pick up asked if everything was together and they said yes take everything to truck and check bags one container of cold veggies (not three as ordered) was sitting on top of fries opening everything up not One container of dip at all had to go back instore where Cassandra wanted to convince me that was three orders of veggies she just packed it in one container, then has to pull up my order to confirm I had dips?? With 75 wings really, lol.. We have been going to this location since it opened between attitude I received and the disgusting kitchen you have a complete view of Wing stop has lost a customer!!

I went inside to order my food expecting to wait the normal 15-20 mins. About 5 mins after I ordered my food was ready. Great right? WRONG! My fries were cold and soggy, and my wings were cold, the sauce didn’t even melt on them.ypu could see the butter in clumps, and it was like eating jerky, so hard and chewy I couldn’t even eat them. Like they had been deep fried multiple times and then sat there. Customer service was good, the food was horrible. Seems as tho all wingstops in this area can’t get it right.

DISAPPOINTED! And that’s an understatement. I ordered a 10 piece combo…half lemon pepper and the othet half garlic parmesan. These are supposed to be dry rubs but there was “sauce”. Wth? Also I asked for well done and they were well done for sure! Well done to the point that I couldn’t even eat a few of them…like hard and dry! Not crispy. And finally, the fries were way over done and didn’t even have much potato to them for being fries! And I was craving this meal like crazy!

Not what it used to be when my brother worked there and Grandma ran it. They forgot my $4 Ranch and the veggie sticks were dried out and hardly any. Been ordering hefe for what is now 15 to nearly 20 years and it seems like the wings are still good but the other issues show a decline.

Placed an online order for a 10pc lemon pepper combo with 2 piece chicken tenders added on. Arrived at the store and was not greeted, once I got to the register to was asked my name; and my ordered was reported back as Garlic parm wings..I clarified that it was lemon pepper. The cashier went to go talk to the cook and then came back to me and asked to see my receipt which I showed to him that confirmed my pepper. He then proceeded to take my bag to the counter in the back, unseal it and open my wing box to confirm it was garlic parm (the bag had my name on it he could’ve simply asked me to check my own food instead of him putting his hands on it). If this wasn’t bad enough he told me it would be a few minutes for my correct food then proceeded to throw the same garlic parm wings back into the fryer and into a new box for me, as I saw him do this I informed the other cashier that if I was going to be reserved the same Incorrect wings I would take a refund instead, she rolled her eyes then went to the back to get the “manager” Yolasa, who did not even apologize for the incorrect order or inconvenience on their part and instead just stated that I was getting the same wings because they “burn off the garlic” by re-frying them again in the oil, I informed her I did not ask for garlic parm wings initially and the person I was buying them for would not eat them and it would result in us driving back to the store once we got home, it was never offered to make me fresh wings, an apology or correction aside from getting extra fried incorrect wings that was there fault. To make matters worse I was told refunds take 7 business days instead of the standard 3-5 when asked why she did not know the answer and just stated she could not give me cash since i paid online. She wrote down my name and number on printer paper did not offer me anything to confirm I was actually getting a refund aside from her saying I would get one. Overall horrible experience, everytime I’ve visited this location it always results in extreme wait times even when using the app, incorrect orders or over cooked or undercooked food. The last time I went in prior to tonight was just for ranch and wing sauce and was told it would be a 20 minute wait. If you are thinking of going to this location Don’t!!! Take the extra 5 mins to either go to 1604 or the ingram location .
