Jennifer went above and beyond to help us every step of the way to plan the perfect reception. The room on the second floor was suitable for our guests that attended the event and the set up was absolutely beautiful. She even assisted with setting up our alternative guest book, card box and favors. The food was absolutely amazing along with the different drink options available. They were very accommodating with working around our plans of having speeches, first dance, and cake cutting. The venue was absolutely perfect for us and I’m so pleased with the service we received.

Another AMI/Bradenton Beach go to! Lively bar w/live music on street level or head up to the rooftop for the best view of the gulf! Amazing Happy hour specials form 1-4! I’ve tried coconut shrimp a lot of places but this by far was my favorite!! Also a wonderful place for a romantic dinner & to catch the sunset!

Such a great place to stop off at in AMI. It’s one of those casual places where you just have to go to appreciate it.

As a local real estate broker, I often get asked where’s a good place to go eat and this one checks a lot of the boxes. Excellent place for sunset or anytime big windows inside allow you to sit in the air-conditioning and watch the sunset, and the outdoor deck is a great place to get sunshine have a bite to eat, and a drink their happy hour, as well, known, and very early in the day, see photo for details.

Best truffle fries I have ever had. We literally could have eaten these and left. Amazing. Had the fresh black grouper, was so fresh and tasty. My friend had the seafood Mac and cheese, absolutely delicious. Waitress was amazing even while taking rudeness from the table next to us. Cute and quaint. Windows all around. Food was extremely tasty, presented well.

We were greeted by a hostess wearing jeans that was inconsistent with the rest of the front of house. I bring this up because we were expecting an elevated atmosphere… per some of the reviews. The server was nice and went through the menu in detail. We ordered the snapper (served clean head to tail) shrimp with a white wine/butter sauce and a risotto. The fish was lightly fried, but had no seasoning at all. Not even salt to taste which was disappointing. Everything should always be seasoned. The shrimp with carried too long and were slightly over cooked. In our eyes, the risotto should be made with love or it will always be a failure. Risotto should have a slight bite to the rice and be creamy and savory with a slight slump. The risotto we were served was lumpy, sauce was broken and oily (see the photo). The technique was not complete and we were disappointed again. Towards the end of our meal, our server said, “I have your bill, no rush, BUT we have more guest coming in!” We are contemplating with having another round of drink, but felt rushed with the comment. My reviews are always fair and honest. My wife and I have many year’s experience and have worked in restaurants under Emeril, and have worked in Sailfish Point, and Alenia in Chicago. I hope the head chef listens to our honest opinions and focuses on execution with the risotto and makes sure everything is seasoned before selling the food to the front of house. For the price of the food and expectations, I think the kitchen and front of house needs polishing.

Our server was great. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and very attentive. He set the bar high when he recommended the pan-seared grouper grassy key style, (with a lime buerre blanc). I ordered that item. I was a bit taken aback when he sat the plate down in front of me and it smelled fishy- not a good sign. I trudged onward however, and took a bite. It tasted okay. It had an unusual mixture of vegetables and they didn’t really seem to pair well together, including the asparagus on top of the spinach. I didn’t taste the buerre blanc on the fish at all, however the squash seemed to have soaked it up immensely. It cost an extra $7 to add that to the grouper and it did absolutely nothing for it. I was also confused by the restaurant’s rat pack theme which was called out in the drink menu. The background music was 50’s diner music, not Great American Songbook standards as would be expected. The key lime pie was tasty and well-presented and was actually the best part of this meal.

I have been vacationing in Anna Maria with my family for 18 years, it is our home away from home! So when I was planning my October ’22 wedding, I knew the destination had to be AMI. We were so excited to share this corner of the earth with our friends and family. We had a bit of trouble finding a spot for our rehearsal dinner until we contacted Bridge Street Bistro.
