My son and I were waiting the line before the restaurant is closed. They served three more people after us. The foods are almost empty and the servers were trying to sell the all food to all people in line but it looked like not enough for all of us. Two guys in front of us ordered Teriyaki and Orange chicken, the server gave them a plenty amount and we ordered same teriyaki but half of their portion. She actually tried cut the piece of chicken and she looked at a guy behind us seemed disappointed and asked ” do you want teriyaki too?” And she took our chicken piece back to the serving pot. She just gave us small portion to serve a guy after us. They charged full price and no receipt and no fortune cookie which was supposed to be served with our meal. When we came to our waiting area for my flight, two guys in front of us were eating at waiting area but they got 4 fortune cookies and even served with teriyaki sauce. If you don’t provide the standard quality of food or/service please let us know and don’t charge the full price of food and service that the price I paid includes. It is not free food that the charity group serving the meal. It was layover but it wasn’t good experience.

I paid for a bigger plate, and this was the 3 entrees with my side. Typically at other PE’s, you would get that third side in a small box. Also, I noticed the cashier was charging me 3 small entrees separately and not actually a bigger plate. I didn’t get a receipt unfortunately. However the staffs were rude and it was a rushed experience.

This place is about to close and there is barely enough food for a portion. There’s two pieces of beef whatever left I ask if I can have that too to fill the portion of chicken and rice and I get ‘well I’d have to charge extra’ seriously? Then they look at me like I’m an idiot trying to find silverware while it’s all behind the counter and they forgot to give me a packet with my food.

I was super excited about going to Panda Express! Since I moved away, I’ve been craving it a lot. So I was very happy that I could have it at the airport! The employees said it opened at eight am, as did Google maps. I was there at 7:50, and waited. At 8 am I opened the gate and went in and waited. There was a long line of people behind me. They were still cooking, and the woman who was showing the employees how to make the food never acknowledged anyone. Finally after several minutes, several of us left. That’s when she snapped, “We’re not open yet!” She pointed at me and said, “She opened the line, not me!” I was angry then myself, and told that we were told it opened at eight. The thing is, I would have waited another ten minutes, gladly, if some customer service had been delivered. A simple, “I’m sorry folks, we’re running behind”, or an “I’m sorry for your wait” would have gone a long ways. I will not be stopping here again! (The only reason that I gave it two stars, instead of one, is that the food that was made looked good.)

Pretty straightforward, they are not the super friendliest but the food is hot, the service is fast (which is needed in an airport food court) and the line goes pretty fast. You have to be pretty quick to change your mind when they don’t have what you want, but overall very quick and fresh food.

My family and I ate here during our layover from Florida to South Dakota. The food was good, no complaints, but what went from a good experience to great one was the customer service that Quiana gave us at the register. Even though we had a brief encounter, her kindness, diligence, and relatability stood out and reminded us that weren’t in Florida anymore. Thank you Quiana, and keep up the good work! ☺️
