Ordered delivery yesterday. Pizza was overcooked with very little mushrooms and so much sauce it was disgusting. Ordered garlic parmesan wings that were very soggy. Cinnamon twists were overcooked and hard as a rock. Online ordering was turned off but they refused to honor the coupon told me they will turn online ordering on. Last thing was app said est delivery would be 6:11pm at 6:25 checked the app and it stated it was delivered. I called the store to ask what happened and she said no not delivered still coming. Had to wait another 10 minutes for food to arrive. Ordered a salad which was fine but they can’t mess that up cause its a pre-packaged salad. Will not be ordering from there again.

After a great experience with Domino’s Mexico, we decided to give the North American stores another chance, in particular this one close to my house. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment. It took almost one hour and thirty minutes for the order to arrive (the original ETA was 45 minutes). For some reason, the driver was late. The pizzas were fine, but for the price we paid, we get better customer service experience and delivery at Blaze Pizza in Monroeville.

Service is ridiculous. I ordered food a half hour before I showed up. The app says my order is and was ready 10 minutes ago. A young guy stops the counter to come tell me it’s not ready. Well damn, can I get a pepsi while I’m waiting? Nope, nothing. Can I speak with a manager. Nope, no manager are here.

ordered a pizza that was 20 minutes late and looked like it had been dropped on the floor. it was completely mangled. I ended up taking it back for a full refund but the manager didn’t seem to care, offered no apologies, just refunded my card and said have a nice day. I can never recommend this particular location to anybody stay far away.

YUUM! I bought a last minute meal, big order during Christmas Eve via Dominos App. Got things ready quick, but when I texted them to confirm i am present in the parking lot and flashed my hazardous lights to have my food delivered to my trunk nobody came lol. I went inside and the lead staff verified my order– they got things ready as soon as possible. Every management is different and I like this one this year. They were very busy. FOOD is delicious!! especially the crispy crunchy chicken, the bread bowl alfredo chicken is great my brother ate it all, my dad loooved the steak hoagie, I love myyy large caesar salad, and the kids and mom enjoyed the customized pizza. safe dinner night during covid season with full stomachs waiting for christmas day (excuse the photos, we devoured them before taking nice pictures. We were not hangry but we were hungry lol)

I ordered dominos tonight for dinner for my family. I got 2 XL pizzas. One with feta and spinach and the other with half pepperoni and half cheese. The spinach and feta pizza had literally 4-5 pieces of spinach on the entire pizza. The feta was non existent. I don’t usually call and complain but this time I did. The man that I spoke to was so RUDE and argumentative. He kept telling me over and over that I need to order EXTRA spinach then. I even told him there we pieces without any at all but he continued arguing with me about order extra spinach or I get what I get basically. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. That was completely rude and ridiculous. I will NEVER order from here again. Pizza was lousy anyways. Should have ordered Papa Johns like I usually do.

I walked in and saw the only employee sitting and looking at her phone, and I saw a pizza that had come out of the oven and was on the floor. The employee walked over and said it was my pizza. She started to make another one, and I tried to tell her what was on it, and she asked me to take a seat. I got my pizza about 10 minutes later, and the employee never said anything about being sorry for the mistake, delay, etc. Pretty rude, in my book. I won’t be back. JD

I ordered on Thursday and they don’t know how to cut a pizza very skimpy on the toppings and always to much sauce and I asked for garlic sauce for dipping and the girl behind the counter said I didn’t order it through the app I said well add it and I’ll pay for it and obviously she didn’t understand so I just walked away this domino’s in Penn hills is the worst they should close permanently or find a better owner

Decided to give this store another shot after repeated terrible issues. Thought maybe a year would be enough time for them to maybe make some changes but man was I wrong. Avoid this store at all costs. Domino’s should be ashamed to have these owners as a part of their franchise name.
