Never leave a review but I try and go to this dunkin every morning cause it is near my work but I think I’ll be switching to honey dew. The blonde lady is the most rude person, and that’s honestly not how any one wants to start their day, with her attitude. For working in customer service she ALWAYS has an attitude, if I ask for anything besides a coffee she will let out an large sigh, acting like it is not to her job to make the things on the menu. She has multiple bad reviews on here, surprised she still has her job there….

This has to by far be the WORST Dunkin ever. Fast yes, attitude AWFUL!. I am referring to the morning shift. Really upsets me because it so close to my work. I will never go back. The guy in the morning is nice and polite but the two woman especially the blond one with the poofy hair. She is the rudest, snarliest person and this isn’t the first time she has been rude. Plus she talks about people not realizing the mic is still on. How unprofessional. She seems nice at first until she speaks after the words Good Morning then the claws come out and WOW DONT order food. My son works at a dunks also so I asked him one day “Is it pain to make the veggie egg bites? Is it hard? Difficult?” He said ” No Mom not at all you put them on a tray throw it in the new ovens and BAM done!” When I ordered my egg bites the attitude was if I asked her to go wait for the chicken to lay me a fresh egg!!! I mean what in the world. Several people I know have had the same experience same shift, same Dunkin. AWFUL I will never go back, I would rather drive across town or go to Honey Dew or even Starbucks then ever drive into this Dunkin again. Good luck to those who do!!! Your day will definitely not start off with happiness at this place!!!

I waited at the speaker for 2 minutes before someone took my order, I waited at the window for about another 2 minutes, I only got one sandwhich nothing else, I got someone else’s food order, I went back to get my sandwhich, I open it, and it’s only sweet pepper bacon on a plain bagel, no egg, no cheese. I work for dunkin as well and I understand a tough day. But if you can’t even read a sticker, or know how to put together a sandwhich on your menu, you shouldn’t work there. Worst dunkin I’ve ever been too

I never leave a review but the customer service at the drive thru window is nonexistent. I was charged 11.00 for half dozen donuts. I asked her if that was right she said yes I said how much is a dozen donuts and she said I don’t know gave me a receipt I drove away. I looked at it and was charged for seven donuts and she charged me each individual donut separately. Glad I didn’t order a coffee.

I tried calling to get a refund on an order that was given to me incorrectly and I can’t get through. It’s not the first time an order was wrong, but I chose to call this time because it should be simple to read an online order name on a bag to ensure your customers are getting the right thing. I even checked the bag first, noticing it was the wrong item; then I was given a new bag which I assumed was mine – and it’s still incorrect. I’ll be double-checking every order now.

Very quick drive thru. Food is okay. There are better Dunkin’s for quality, but the service is fine and the drive thru is lightning fast so that’s a win in itself if coming before work like I do.

This is the 2nd time in the last week that I have ordered A frozen coffee. They do not make it like other dunkin donuts. You get it with hardly any cream and it tastes bitter and disgusting. To day I made them redo it and it was still horrible. And it’s over five dollars!!!! What a waste of money
