The reviews for this place are definitely spot on. Worst Domino’s I’ve ever had the displeasure of going to. Placed my order online, got to the store at the time it said it would be ready by. They hadn’t even began making it yet. Instead they’re all walking around hanging out with loud vulgar and extremely obscene and disgusting music blaring from someone’s Bluetooth speaker I get home and my pizza is literally melted to the cardboard, to the point where I had to scrape it off with a spatula. I called the store and spoke with “Benny” and after I told him the issue his exact words were “yeah, that’s the problem with the thin crust, that always happens.” Well, no Benny, it doesn’t. I order thin crust pizza everywhere I go and I’ve never had to scrape my pizza off of the box. He claims he “cancelled” the order but I have yet to see any refund come through. Do not go to this Domino’s. There is a Papa Johns about 10 minutes from Daniel Island that is 100% better than this Domino’s could ever be. Management really needs to reconsider their staff here.

Horrible customer service. Sent a burnt thin crust pizza and when called said they would never do that. I offered to send a picture. They then asked what do you want us to do. When I requested a new pizza they hung up. Called and asked to speak to a manager and never got through. Over priced too.

They messed up the order. Didn’t apologize. Took an hour to send the correct order. I called and asked for a refund because it was so late. Pedro was rude and said he’s not giving me a refund. I’m calling corporate tomorrow. Pedro needs to be fired. I’ll never use this dominos again. It’s always terrible and there are many better options. The correct pizza never came.

I have ordered from this dominos ten times. Every other dominos I have ever ordered ten times or more from has sucked at least three times. I have enjoyed this dominos nine out of ten times. There was never anything cold in my order that shouldn’t be. There was never random ingredients in my order that shouldn’t have been there. There was never anything missing. Listen. If you’ve gotten this far, you’re probably either drunk or high. Hear me now. You can trust this dominos, I know you’ve been burned before. This dominos will come quickly, and be made within a reasonable degree of the way you ordered it. Which is so much better than I(and likely you) grew up with. Thank you Daniel Island dominos, for being the absolute best dominos I’ve ever ordered from in my life. Never change.

Almost two hours after placing our order, I called the store and was hung up on multiple times. Finally, I drove to the store to see what the issue may be and was met with a silent shop and one employee lounging in a booth. After asking about our order, he told me he was left on his own and was “over it.” Never mind that it was 4 hours before the store was supposed to close, he would not be making any more orders this evening. When I called the Domino’s call center to, at least, refund the order, I was told the supervisor was out and they had no idea when he would return and there was nothing that could be done. I was hesitant of Domino’s in the first place, but now fully discourage anyone from dealing with this particular store and the complete lack of management of the chain.

My order was wrong so I called to ask if they could send the correct order, they said 20 minutes & I said that’s perfectly fine, after over an hour it never came, it was 10:30 pm on a Monday by this time so I called back again & just asked for a refund & Pedro was very rude, plus I was refused a refund. He also called the driver and told them not to deliver my fixed order. Thanks

Ridiculously slow service. I know that help is hard to find today. But this place just doesn’t even care. They know that since they are Domino’s, people will call and place orders. They will keep taking orders, and payments, even though they have nobody to deliver the pizza. Call and cancel after you wait for two hours… Go ahead, they don’t care.

Delivery drivers have always been friendly. The “food” has always been bad to inedible. Even if prepared perfectly, dominos is pretty gross emergency lazy food at best, far worse than even in the past. Served half cooked mushed into a greasy box…don’t bother.
