The manager here needs to make themselves more available to their employees. Today, the guy working didn’t want to give me my latte because there was a glitch with his computer. The coupon didn’t work for the latte but it worked for a frozen drink. I showed him the rewards description multiple times so he could see it should work for both and he kept telling me I couldn’t use the coupon (after redeeming yet another one). He said he didn’t have the managers number when I asked. I got upset and asked is he really serious and he gave me an attitude while handing it to me. He said “If I get fired that’s on you.” I ignored the comment and asked politely for a straw. He said again “You know if I get fired it’s your fault.” I asked again if I could please have a straw. He reluctantly handed me one and repeated the same statements about me getting him fired. I don’t want to get anyone fired I’ve worked in this industry for years and it’s hard. But this was the worst experience. Management needs to train employees so this doesn’t happen again.

Found mold on our food, when I called to get a refund the person on the phone claimed to be their manager and said they didn’t know how to refund us our money. I will be contacting them again and finding the owner of this fine establishment….I look forward to getting my money back…

At 6:06am this place has a rude staff you say good morning and they look right at you and shut the window and I orders a wake up wrap a coffee and two others things and didn’t even get them my order was so wrong the man was so rude I will never go there again

They never get your order right. EVER. It’s terrible to have to say this but now that we have 2 Dunkin’s in our town I can see the reason why the one by the Eagles Nest always has a line while this one by CVS didn’t this morning. Even so, they STILL got my order wrong. The reason for 1 star isn’t because of a one-off mistake. Every. Single. Time. I choose this Dunkin I regret it. It’s my fault for going back each time they screw up a coffee order but I’m done. Coffee is too important for them to care so little about getting orders right.

Everytime I go to this place they mess up my order and I have to check my food. I have ordered the avocado toast here many times and everytime they don’t toast the bread, they just give me avocado bread. I really don’t understand. They forget to put things in orders and are rude about fixing any of it. I will drive out of my way to go to the thomaston one from now on

I have never had my coffee made the right way at this location…seriously! The even messed up all 4 coffees purchased and had to remake them because apparently they dont like to listen if you tell them a flavor, a shot or swirl or nothing..Also this last time I was here an employee was eating powdered donuts bare hands touching orders..then has the nerve to bring my order with powder all over her face..this Dunkin location is a joke!

They added an item to a sandwich that was requested to be left off when it was ordered, after noticing their error they took it back and removed the item and promised it wasn’t on the sandwich long enough to affect the taste and handed it back… Simple rule: if you make a mistake like that after it was specifically requested to skip an item, don’t remove it, remake the sandwich
