Went to this location on my lunch – no one at the front to take your order – and when you ask is someone working the front – young lady in the back says something smart – I got to the location at 1125 at 1140 I’m still waiting and she still saying she busy – I look at them in back -they all in conversation talking not making orders – 2 other people had already order stating they have been waiting for 30 min. This location should be closed down. It’s disgustingly dirty and outdated. The order screens don’t even work. Placed an order online, got to the restaurant & was rudely told “I ain’t get no order.” Won’t ever visit this location again. Yuck.

Just left out of there. Usually have issues at this location, but it’s usually forgotten items. If I have my receipt they usually correct it. Tonight though, nope. No hot and ready’s were ready. That was fine. We get home realize we’re yet again missing an item. Mid drive back to LC my husband calls and text me a picture of a very burnt cheese “not ready” pizza. I show cashier picture, and she flippantly responds ”well, our pizzas come fresh out the oven, love”. So burnt is your standard?? Fix it, but they won’t as long as people are okay with bypassing sub-standard service for cheap pizza. I’m done.

I come to this location all of the time and usually I do not have any problems or complaints everything is usually fresh but yesterday evening close to close time I ordered two pizzas that were fresh because they were made to order so the pizza was fresh and they didn’t offer to show me the wings so I didn’t look at them I just assumed they were also fresh. Unfortunately when I got home I realized that they gave me old wings. I came today to get a refund with my receipt and was told that I could not exchange will get a refund on my purchase. I do see now that they have signs that state that but it’s just unfortunate that I lose out in the situation as a previous continuous weekly to biweekly customer. I hope that losing a customer for something that could’ve been easily switched out and for items that only cost seven dollars and change was worth losing a lifetime customer. I call that poor customer service whether or not there are signs posted for no refund or not. It’s not my fault that I was given old wings so rules should be bendable depending on the situation. When I spoke to the manager and she started the conversation with “Sorry boo” and said what she was saying and then she walked away and went to the back and the other person that was there which was an assistant manager said it was nothing she could do either. I called this simply poor customer service at its finest.
