Got my food from here and food was tampered with, burnt, no sauce, and the nasty dirty receipt was laying on top of the food inside the box. When I called I said I would like a refund because I should call health dept he told me that he “ain’t gon’ deal with no threats” and basically told me to call the health department because he won’t help me now. His name was Hayandai or Yiyandai or something. So that’s what I will be doing. Calling corporate and the health department. If papa John’s is too hard for you maybe try waste management services. Couldn’t be more fitting.

Pizza was exactly as expected. Everything was fine, I just didn’t know that Door Dash was going to be delivering my order. I never order from places that use door dash as I have had bad experiences in the past with Door Dash. This time it was ok, but I will not be ordering from Papa John’s in the future. Door Dash drivers sometimes have the nastiest person grooming and dirty vehicles. Not all. But I ended up throwing out sb entire order of food one time when I saw the driver from door dash and the inside of his car.

After my dreadful experience with the local pizza hut I decided to try papa John’s. My order was correct complete and arrived on time. The only downside was they contracted the delivery to door dash witch caused some confusion however this was not really a big deal. If they keep service this consistent papa John’s will most likely be my new go to for dependable service and drivers that actually show up. Thank you papa John’s I was really hungry and dealing with surgery recovery.. you guys saved the day

I orderd a large, pepperoni, sausage and banana pepper pizza, and it was absolutely awful. Had little to no sauce, was very dry. Called and spoke with a manager, his reply was “I don’t know how a pizza wouldn’t have sauce on it. I told him I didn’t want to come back out for a replacement. Not that he offered a replacement or a credit. I told him, I didn’t think they would do anything anyway. I will never patronize this location, or for that matter, Papa John’s again.

Over the last few months there must’ve been some turnover or something, but 3 orders in a row the pizza was a disaster. This most recent one was undercooked, only half the pizza had stuffed crust, and the center dough thinned out so the cheese was directly touching the cardboard.

Train wreck customer handling 12/17/21 9:00 PM. Innocent mistakes are fine. Lack of responsibility and poor treatment of regular customers amazingly unsatisfactory. Pizza delivery is definitely in a downward spiral these days. Train your staff. When you get it right you are awesome. The problem is you get it right maybe 1/3 of the time. Your staff tonight very poorly represented you. I’d like to think tonight an innocent mistake, followed by weakly trained management, and probably a busy frustrating night for the team. But wow. Train your staff. Customer handling should not be left out or left to chance.
