My personal opinion you have to give the respect you want in order for your business to thrive. Some of these restaurants are poorly ran and the Franchisee of the establishment can careless; I mean it is obvious and it can be seen in the atmosphere when you walk in. The environment is not clean enough to even sit down and eat. I never even see anyone come out to even try and get it together, at least for the people taking their breaks from surrounding establishments. cThe food is always small and taste like is old. The restrooms are horrible. It smells bad and there is never any soap for your hands. Makes you wonder what they are washing their hands with. I mean if I worked in the heat or a plant for hours and took my lunch here, I would like to feel free from my work environment. I mean treat as if you are dining/taking out here. The owner needs to retrain. I mean with great responsibility comes great demand! Let us STOP thinking it is only a check and start really appreciating our jobs. It takes care of you then you should take care of it. Right? Respectively with love and consideration. I should not have to drive all the way to Garth when my neighborhood is filled with so many establishments, with talented and beautiful people.

My name is Marcy. First off I ordered through Door dash and it didn’t give me an option to change to dark meat on order it says to call. So I called over 30 times and also text the Door Dash driver to please ask for legs instead of mixed. He asked and was told “They don’t do that and if that is what I wanted I should have came to store instead of ordering it to be delivered. Who says that? First off I have worked in Customer Service over 30 years and never would I had thought to tell a customer that especially with the times we are in now. Also I added two ranch packets to go with my chicken strips and didn’t get those either. So I guess I’m confused, would I had gotten them had I come in? Or I didn’t get them cause I ordered them to be delivered? I just moved here from Hitchcock and was looking for places to eat due to unpacking so thank you for the first place I ordered from that gives me horrible service so I can only expect better from here. I will never return to this location and we eat a lot of Popeyes Chicken. Might want to take Customer Service classes.

The area is a little run down. When pulling up to order, the intercom doesn’t work, and you have to order at the window. This means it takes longer to get your order if more than two people are in line. Food tasted good and the staff was doing what they could with what they had.

The drive-thru menu is broken. It has been for months so good luck ordering in the drive-thru. The service is lackluster at best. I ordered chicken nuggets again and they came back stale cold and there was pieces of wing in the box with my nuggets. I don’t like bones that’s why I order boneless chicken, I showed it to the guy and he told me that it was fine. I give up on this place.

Friendly service but the chicken was not tasty. I wanted fresh spicy but the only fresh was the regular. I requested my beans and rice in a separate container. She gave me about a tablespoon of bean and rice in each container I felt used, because the beans & rice cost more than the chicken.

This popeyes is the worst. I came about an hour ago and the manager is so rude the stores disgusting dirty so they have no jelly salt but they don’t carry it. They haven’t been carrying it for over six months now which is a lie because I just came here two weeks ago and I got I got salt. I don’t care. I will never I will never eat here again.

I arrived at this location at 6:30pm, with no other customers at this time. First of all, the order screen was broken. Then I order at the window and was told it was a 4 minute wait for chicken, I agree to wait and pay and was told to pull into the parking. I ended up waiting for over 30 mins, I was so furious, while other cars after me came in and out like nothing. After someone finally gave me my order, I go home to find out that I was missing a breast, biscuit, and fries. I was very upset when I got home. Very disappointed. Never coming to this location ever again.

Got a white meat 3 piece. 2 wings and a thigh. I’ve never order here and got the correct items. Once had a big order for a whole shift at work and they left of the biscuits. I thought I was going to get beat up. Way over priced.
