Wasn’t sure after reading the reviews of what to expect. Found out new owners took over in July 2023. We were greeted with smiles and patience as my family of 6-including 3 Littles ordered. Food was hot and tasted great. Slightly disappointed that they were out of Mac n cheese. Overall a great deal for a hungry family as kids ate free. Restaurant was clean and soda, ice cream and sauce stations were all kept tidy. Would definitely go back

The pulled pork is amazing! Mac n cheese is good. I love the 2 meat plate. I always get double pulled pork 😀 I saw they have different loaded potatoes now! That’s super cool. They didn’t have waffle fries and I was a little bummed about that, but the hand cut were really good.

I met the new owners and they are very friendly people however one of them mentioned they weren’t familiar with fried okra – and that’s really the main reason I go in – and just had a recommendation to make sure to add seasoning salt to the okra it makes it sooooo much better!
