The food was very good. I had the steak fajitas. I cannot tell you how much you receive. It will feed a couple of people on the single order. It’s pricier than I would have thought at $58. My wife enjoyed the snapper and our friends tried the surf and turf. The fillet was very good and so was the lobster tail. Overall the food is worth the trip. The downside would be the lack of parking. The noise level is very high and makes conversation tough. We had six people. One person received their food a full ten minutes before the next three. And the final two five minutes after that. Work on that and you have a winner.

Provencho is bringing a fine dining quality to the Square. Truly impressed with the juicy short rib and perfectly seared scallop. Worth the price if not overly generous. Hospitality over the top.

My fiance ordered the pork chop. The first one came out and was about 95% fat. We understand there is some fat on a pork chop, but this was unacceptable! I took photos as it was that bad. No meat. It was like seasoned whale blubber. We sent that back. The waiter was very accommodating. The second plate came with 2 smaller pork chops (versus the first thick piece of fat.) However these were not much better. He may have eaten 20% of the chops if that. The rest was solid fat! How does a chef even feel good about serving these? This was by far the worst meal I have ever had in the downtown square! Skip this place! This was our first and our last time here!!

Overall this place was really good. The filet was was one of the best I’ve had. The yucca fries with the garlic dip was the bomb! The only reason I’m giving four stars is because of the pork belly carnitas. They were very tender but not much flavor and way over priced. The cut of meat didn’t seem like pork belly but instead cheap pork shoulder. It had very long pieces of shredded meat mixed with a big glob of fat. I’ve had pork but tacos before but nothing like this. Otherwise it was a good experience and would recommend coming here.

One of the best restaurants in downtown Crown Point! The cocktails are amazing-coming from someone that never orders mixed drinks. Food is always cooked to perfection and the presentation is on point. The ambiance is clean and modern. They get really busy(no surprise) make a reservation!
