I went through the drive thru window and ordered 1 – 8 piece regular chicken nugget and 1 – 8 piece firey hot and 2 bacon whoppers without cheese. I noticed the person rang me up for 1 whopper at 7.49. I proceeded to tell him that I wanted the 2 for 5. He asked me to hold on, I then proceeded to remind him, “No cheese and very rudely, he stated, “I said hold on” which, in my opinion, was rude. Before I left the order area, I asked him if he had put no cheese on the whoppers, which he stated yes. I received my order, and before I left, I asked the cashier again. No cheese correct, and he stated no cheese. I then told the guy he needed additional training in customer service and that he was very rude. The whoppers I ordered had cheese, 8 piece firey hot chicken nuggets, were very greasy and dry. The regular chicken nuggets were very dry as well. Sadly, the receipt doesn’t say no cheese! Cashier 239, you have very poor customer service and a liar at that. I attached a photo of my receipt.

I showed up 4 minutes before closing just for them to let me sit in the drive thru for 4 minutes and a turn everything off. Lazy and apparently not wanting business. Waste of time or money for fast food. Go else where.

Team members working here are friendly and quick. It’s been a while but the Whopper is still tasty the fries though were super salty and not crispy. I ordered some mozzarella sticks won’t do that again. Stale, cold and not at all satisfying. The soda had a good taste. Place is clean and has a playground for the kids. Remember to use the BK app you get good deals and save some money while accumulating points. Sorry no pictures

Very disappointing at the lack of service and lack of professionalism at this location. You can clearly see in the picture that it is not closing time yet however the employees still want to laugh and mock me because I’m knocking on the door when the dining room should be open. To me it appears that these are the laziest employees I’ve had to deal with it any Burger King I’ve ever been to. It clearly states on the door that the dining room closes at 9 PM however the employees do not wanna let me in even though it’s only 8:40 PM

Went through the drive thru, which was fast. Worker at window was friendly. All food was hot and fresh. Shows this location cares about the quality of food. Haven’t had a good whopper in a long time. Will be back to see if the same quality remains, but today this location gets five stars.

If you want your order messed up, sandwiches made incorrectly and items completely left out of a 5 item order, this is the place! Inept people working here have made this the worst Burger King in the valley, and I’ll never be coming back to this location after about the 5th incorrect order in a row.

Yesterday I came through the drive thru. I ordered a large diet coke and a cheese burger. The burger was cold and had so much ketchup and pickles on it. I ate it cause I paid for it and had to get to work. By 11 ooam I was feeling sick. By 500p I was having stomach pains and when I got home I threw up and all night had diaheea. I felt horrible. I had to call off the next day. This really makes me wonder how valuable am I, that I bought a cold, old cheeseburger? That I am paying for food should mean it is hot and fresh and enjoyable. My health is important to me, it should be as important to you as the 6.60 of my money, that I chose to spend at your store. I missed out on a whole day of my work, that means a whole day of pay, That is 220.00, plus the 6.60 I flushed down the toilet. 1 less customer for your store. Tammy Berry
