After dining at this restaurant, I can say that it has both positive and negative aspects. The ambiance is lovely and creates a pleasant atmosphere for diners. The staff is also friendly and welcoming, which is always a plus. The food is undoubtedly tasty, but the portions are quite small. If you’re someone who likes to leave the restaurant feeling full, this might be a downside.

Went for a dinner with my SO and it was wonderful. Service was quick and our server was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. The food was very good. We ordered the Masala Dahi Puri, Baked Romanesco, Beef Short Rib Mappas, Garlic Naan, and Saffron Ice Cream. The Dahi Puri were great with a very fun texture and flavor. The entrees were also delicious, albeit as others have said, on the smaller side. I had the Romanesco and thought it was great. The only dish I thought was just okay was the Saffron ice cream. It was good but the Saffron flavor wasn’t very strong. I didn’t leave feeling hungry, but for $80/person with starters, drinks, sides, and dessert, I wish I left feeling more full. Overall, very tasty food, incredible service, good ambiance, and my only complaint is slightly small portions.

Very aesthetically appealing. If one is to try Indian fusion, then this is what you would really want. They have good variety in cocktails . The food is delicious. I would definitely recommend sea food platter in mango curry and lamb. The service is absolutely fantastic. I do wish they had bigger portion size. But overall one must not miss

Very over priced restaurant. Not an Indian authentic food. They try to give a modern touch in the food. Presentation was on point. Service was good. They already added 20% gratitude on the bill without letting you know so be aware about this. For us it was only modern experience at Indian restaurant. Stay away if you wanna good Indian authentic food.

Great Indian fusion restaurant. Enjoyed the variety of flavors and creativity of the dishes. Spice level was very tolerable. We tried the Dahi buri, kale samosa, jackfruit chole, kafta, chicken makhni, lamb shank, mishti doi and ice cream. Chicken makhni was our favorite. Definitely pricey for the quantity. Staff was very friendly and the executive chef came and spoke to us for a bit.

Unbelievable! We had no intention on stopping for Indian Food on our trip to Seattle but the smell was just too aromatic. We stopped in and were greeted with outgoing people and a cavernous restaurant with elegant details. The drinks were some of the best we have had. We compared it to a 5 star Michelin rated Indian restaurant we went to in NYC in June and decided we’d pick Mint over the NYC location. My wife is pregnant with twins so not usually many mocktails on menus. Mint had 6! And many tasted like the real thing. Amazing experience and would recommend to anyone staying in downtown Seattle!

We came here for our ten year anniversary kind of by happenstance because our day was so long we cancelled our other dinner reservation and decided to wing it. I’m not impressed easily and their service had me beaming, the food had me reminded that unforgettable meals DO exist and are unique and special. They cared that we were celebrating our anniversary and their attention to detail with their service was highly noticeable by us both. Also! Their drinks were so unique and fantastic! Their selection of non alcoholic mock tails was unlike anything I’ve ever seen. Literally shocked that this place wasn’t packed full and we could get in without a reservation.

Phenomenal fine dining, with authentic flavours incorporated in new ways, every bit the progressive Indian you’d find in New Delhi! Mint covers the breadth of India- coastal southern cuisine, to North India and eastern dishes! Highly recommend the cocktails- loved the spice twist in them! The server was gracious, the chef open to conversation- Mint’s a labour of love and it shows! Total dressy date night worthy!

Came in on a whim at 3:49p- empty restaurant. So cute. Great atmosphere. Easy for service to be great when I am alone and the restaurant is empty. I will order and make a new post for the food.
