I mean look at it…I asked the guy why the Mac looked like this and he said that’s how it is. I’ve had Arby’s Mac before and it didn’t look half eaten and like it’s been sitting in the warmer for 8 hours. Sandwich bun smells and tastes burnt.

It’s Arby’s food so judge that how you will. The employees seem overworked and stressed out. I feel rushed when I order and it makes me anxious to leave and get out of their way. They’re nice but seem unhappy.

Went to this Arby’s because I was a frequent guest. Never had problems until the other day. I pulled up to the drive thru and paid for my order. As I’m sitting in my car waiting on my food, there was one employee on their phone and another employee standing about 10 ft from the window licking her fingers and scratching her head. And turned around to handle food. I don’t create drama so I paid the $17 and change for my order and came home and threw it in the trash. This used to be a reputable location. And my last few visits have been terrible. The quality of the food and customer service has diminished.

This location doesn’t seem to have any decent employees who take any pride in anything that they do. I came at 11:30am on a Tuesday. I ordered chicken tenders and fries, both came out ice cold and had definitely been sitting for at least a half hour. When you look over at their fry station you see a huge pile of chicken tenders, they must fry them up in huge batches all at once and then just serve the same ones until they are out. I told them that the food was ice cold and that I needed a fresh batch, which they obliged but then they just kept serving the rest of the cold tenders to other customers. Also all of the ketchup/honey mustard and other condiments were completely empty. I told the cashier this and despite her literally sitting there doing nothing she still opted to give me ketchup packets instead of changing out the bags like she’s supposed to. All in all this Arbys is really rough and the management seems unconcerned with any type of quality.
