This food was highly disgusting and truly dry. Dispatchers hung up on me and multiple times i was turned down for a refund. I wanted sesame chicken only to be soonly be served ORANGE CHICKEN. if i could give zero star i most definitely would. I will NOT be ordering again.

this food was absolutely disgusting. spent almost $30.00 for only white rice , sesame chicken and lo mein. the food i got was so dry and the customer service was so deficient that i got hung up on. after calling back i was disrespected and denied a refund when i did not get what i paid for. definitely will NOT be ordering again.

Small portions of meat and the fried rice is very dry and bland. Boneless Ribs were super fatty. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again unfortunately.

I have gotten delivery twice. The first time it was okay, but the portions were small and it was pricey. The delivery driver and the person who took the order were both very friendly. A few months later I decided to try again and again, the person taking the order and the delivery driver were super polite (maybe worth ordering from them for the customer service, but not the food). $40 for several dishes and the portions were extremely small. Beef with vegetables did not even have a full ounce of beef and was 90% onions. The same sauce was used in all the dishes, shrimp fried rice had 2 or 3 shrimp, it was just an absolute waste of money – except for the staff, they were super friendly and polite. I won’t order from them again.

Usually the food is good! But last night my jumbo shrimp and fries order was disgusting! Fries were Grease logged and the jumbo shrimp was mainly breading that was burnt and looked quite old. Also my . says 2 liter soda but they sent only a can of diet coke and refused to deliver a proper order. My family spent a lot of money here! But never again. I could not eat the food and my money was wasted . I feel totally disrespected by empire Chen, plus I always give the maximum tip. I will tell everyone not to go here. Extremely disappointed how I was treated! Ruined my Friday evening with my family. I threw the entire $40 order in the garbage and then ordered pizza

I ordered a 4 piece ribs and they gave me 3 1/2 ribs. The 3 full ribs literally barely had any meat on then just mainly bones. I felt the food taste good just barley any of what you fullness for the price.

Awful! I order steamed dumplings with my order, they never brought them with the delivery. I called they had a driver bring them. First off he left the food outside on the ground at an apartment building and left. One of the neighbors told me the food was out there. The steamed dumplings were a mess. The bowl was half filled with water and the dumplings filled with water. So I called and asked for another order and explained what was wrong with them. They didn’t want to remake them or refund the money for the dumplings. So she said fine I’ll remake them but you have to pick them up. But I ordered delivery. I told her it wasn’t possible and they would have to bring them. So she hung up I called back and she hung up 3 mores times. When she did answer she I don’t want to talk to you and hung up again! Called back again and someone else answered and said they aren’t driving. Sooooo now I paid for the dumplings that where not edible and they won’t bring them and they say they can’t give me a refund. Soooo……….they were very rude. and it was strange that she just kept hanging up! I order from there a lot. They were so rude tonight I thought I called a different restaurant by mistake!
