I ordered on the app and my sandwiches were supposed to be ready at 6:50 p.m. I went into the restaurant at 6:50 and the place looked like it was in chaos. There were four employees working, or should I say running around like chickens with their heads cut off, but in slow motion. The girls working we’re doing better than the guys, at least I’ll give them that. I waited for a half hour while watching the continuing chaos. Then realizing that my order was very far down the line, I decided to go elsewhere for food. I came back a short time later and another employee had showed up to help. Still no sign of my order though so I decided to go home because I live nearby and come back later to get my order. I showed up around 8:30 to find that they still hadn’t started my order. So I had them make one of the sandwiches I had ordered and paid for, mind you, but the other sandwich I didn’t need as I had already eaten while waiting earlier. I asked for a refund but they could not give the refund without a manager. I was told a manager would call me in the morning. It’s late afternoon, no call from the manager. I tried to call the restaurant, but there’s no answer at the number listed. I guess what ticked me off the most was that they continued to make sandwiches for people who just walked in while they were obviously egregiously behind in their online orders. This seems like a case of poor management and poor training.

I love Jersey Mikes here in Rincon!! The friendly, super helpful staff and manager are always smiling. They are patient and don’t mind accommodating my picky tendencies. The food is fresh. They really stay on top of things. Every time I get in and out! I was in a hurry and forgot to tip because they go above and beyond. I’ll catch y’all double next time ladies!! I was there about 3:30 today. Thank y’all!!

Loved the food; VERY disappointed in the service for the hot sub. A teenage food prep employee took over 20 minutes to grill and build a chicken cheese steak. I watched 4 customers order and receive their food in front of me while I waited.

Just came in today around 250 pm. No one greeted me to say…. hey, welcome in. Both girls looked like they were mad about being at work. No smiles or anything. Then when 1 did come over. She just asked was I getting cold or hot sub…. Sandwiches were great though!!!!
