Not too bad at all. Prices seem high but isn’t everything with the economy created by the current administration. $7.00 for a burger and add $4.00 for fries and a fountain drink. Maybe if you use coupons ? But again based on how things are today it’s expensive everywhere. Come here all the time and it’s always pretty good. Only thing that was bad are the chicken tenders. Got a batch that were all extremely hard breading. Could have broken a tooth on those.

I waited 15 minutes because they were waiting on chicken nuggets. They finally bring the food to my car, and they don’t bring the kids meal with the chicken nuggets that they said was the reason I needed to park in the first place. No napkins, and no arby sauce that I specifically requested.

I ordered during happy hour. The man who took my order read it back to me and it was all correct. I waited 10 minutes in line behind someone (there was only one car in front of us) then after i paid they made me park for an additional 10 minutes. When they brought our food out not only was it cold but i was missing all 3 chicken littles for my kids! Then i looked at my reciept to find out they didnt even add them to my purchase….. so i call and speak with Terrence who claims he was the manager. He was snarky, rude and was giggling the entire time i was speaking with him like he was stoned! This is the WORST experience i have had here. We will not return.

Usually the food is very well prepared here. Unfortunately, the lady at the register often mishears items you say or simply just rings them up wrong. Im very polite and try to correct it, but still things come out wrong. Sorry, but I will not be back again, at least not at a counter with that employee still taking orders.

Drive through line routinely takes 10-15 minutes. Orders are routinely incorrect so make sure you check your bag before leaving. This last visit my fish sandwich was cold and nasty. The Mac and Cheese was so salty I couldn’t eat it. It tasted like they put chicken bouillon in it. Food went in the trash. I’m not going back to this Berea location.

Fries are never hot from here, I got a crinkle fry in my box of curly fries that was still cold like it tasted microwaved. I mean I don’t expect much from fast food places, but I do expect fries to be hot, bare minimum. Worst case last resort place..

I tried the beer battered fish sandwich today and it was okay. The reason being I prefer my fish a little crispy, like their first fish sandwich. Plus the bread was toasted a little to much but overall tasted pretty good. I gave 5 stars because of the great customer service. I’ll try it again later to see if anything changes

My family eats here semi regularly, food is usually good. Overall about 30% chance of the shake machine working… It has been a while since I ordered a chicken bacon Swiss, and was surprised & disappointed to find one small chicken tender… I used to work at Arby’s in Middleburg and although it has been years, I’ve had the sandwich since and they aren’t supposed to use a chicken tender for the meat of the sandwich. If that’s all you have, at least use two for God’s sake! Lol it was still good but not enough for the money. And like I said, we spend here regularly.

Giant sign that says Sliders for $1, but they charged $2 ea. Then after I paid and questioned the price, they told me that the sale ended 9 months ago but they never took the sign down. Shady business practices, and their food is honestly pretty bad. Eat elsewhere.
