Just went through the drive thru after church h for a quick coffee and a doughnut. I never write reviews, especially poor ones, as I have worked in food service before and know how tough it can be. However, this was by far the rudest experience I have ever had. We sat at the speaker a while in silence, without being addressed or told we had to wait. Which is no big deal, but when we said “hello?” We were abruptly told we had to wait. A moment later we were asked our order, and the woman on the other end of the speaker cut us off and told us she did not have what we wanted mid sentence. We then proceeded to ask for an alternative to which she became frustrated and claimed she couldn’t hear us. Then asked for us to pull forward, as we did I repeated my order and she had an attitude the entire time. She cut us off multiple times, and was extremely unprofessional. I asked for a chocolate caramel cold brew, she acted like she had never heard of it before, and proceeded to frustratedly ask me what I wanted in it. We were not rude with her, we were extremely suprised by this treatment of customers. Go to any other dunkin. We did.

The AM crew is amazing today! At 558am, I was greeted by one of the happiest up beat voices I’ve ever heard in a drive through. When I pulled to the window I was greeted with smiles. Not everyone can do that at 558AM.

This was the first time I’ve been to this store. And the last time. The lady working the drive through, let’s call her Darleen, had an attitude. Asked for a specialty drink, you know the ones you ask for by name and they just make it. This drink is one of those extra sweet drink with enough sugar to put a diabetic in a coma. Anyways, Darleen asks if we want cream and sugar or just black. Ok, no problem Darleen. We are having a failure to communicate. I explained the drink again and Darleen responded the same way; cream and sugar or just black. Puzzled, we explain that typically we just order it as is from other Dunkins. To which she explains that: “I don’t care what they do at other Dunkin’ Donuts. I’m asking if you want cream and sugar but I’m serving you coffee.” So we concede. Took our Darleen version of the order and chose not add the rest of my order. We drove to another Dunkin, and order what we wanted again. No fuss, no attitude, just clear communication and a drink that looked exactly like we expected.

Pretty sure their donuts are a week old and had been sitting in no AC.. I pulled them out of the bag while still in the parking lot looking like this..They were hard and melted. I couldn’t bring myself to eat them.

The only time this place is ok is when I come about 6pm and get coffee. Donuts have been old and stale. Today I asked if they had sausage and she said yes what would you like it on. Well I got an extremely old croissant bacon and not a scrambled egg extremely cold. No sweet n low or No sugar Hazelnut in my coffe which by the way the top wasn’t on good. I’m so sorry I think I have one other review in my life that wasn’t good. McDonald’s is across the street!

Large cold brew with cream and liquid sugar.. received a cup full of cream, completely white in color. Waste of money. Location is inconsistent. Would recommend driving past to another Dunkin’ location.

Must be new policy to just throw everything in one bag… Three donuts in one bag two were chocolate frosted. And why would they put two wake up wraps in one bag… What if one was for someone else. Staff was nice though they had almost no donuts left not even a Boston cream. I guess this is the new normal

I live close to this Dunkin’ and stop most Fridays on my way to work to treat myself. The GM Tommy is the best! Welcoming to everyone – Greets with a big smile, says, “Good morning” and always has a positive attitude. This extends to the team who are also very pleasant. I am sorry to read that some have not had good experiences here, and hope that has changed for the better since their visits. I have always received exceptional coffee and breakfast sandwiches, and never had an issue with anything not being available.

I’ve been to many Dunkin Donuts locations. This one is, by far, the worst. I ordered a dozen donuts for pickup. When I arrived, I was told that they don’t have most of the donuts I ordered. They tried to give me only the ones they had: 6 donuts!! Even though I had paid for a dozen! They never have a variety of donuts. They’re always out of many of the ones I like. Very disappointing! I will no longer be going there!
