For whatever reason this location can’t seem to put extra cheese on anything, despite ordering extra, extra. This time I ordered the 6 cheese cheese sticks, since the reg cheese sticks is basically dough & you apparently can’t order extra cheese. Needless to say, there basically dough also. I also ordered a large pepperoni, sausage pizza w/ extra, extra cheese. Well it barely had any cheese as well. Then to top it all off, my sides of banana peppers had white chunks in them (Im assuming it’s cheese).

Called in a order and went to pick it up. Five min of waiting…”what’s up?” What do you think? Didn’t have the order, place is filthy, the screens above the register had Roku on them instead of the menu…obviously no pride found here. Left and will not return.

First, I would like to thank the two men who were working tonight for being so kind. I had accidently ordered from another location that was much farther away, and they were not only understanding, they fixed the issue and were happy to offer to make one quickly. I really appreciate them being so willing to make us one and for making an awesome pizza. I would definitely go back for my next pizza!!

Ordered the Ultimate Stuffed Crust for pickup. Got sausage, bacon, onion, jalapeno and pineapple. I checked my pizza in my car before the drive back to find no pineapple. I asked for another pizza as this large pie cost me $20 but I was met with passive resistance. After waiting for a couple awkwardly silent minutes with no manager approaching me, seemed to be more interested in watching TV than talking to me for 1 minute, I decided to just tell them I was ok with them putting the pineapple on and throwing it back in for a couple minutes. What I got was cold pineapple sprinkled on top and “just leave the box closed it will be hot when you get home.”. Lol thanks, kid.

We ordered 3steak hoagies,1 with e/thing & mushrooms w/sauce [it was dry no sauce] 1 w/thing but mushrooms but w/pizza sauce & x tra cheese [it was dry & no x tra cheese.] 1 w/pizza sauce,tomato, x tra cheese. 1 garden spread pizza which looks fine. And personal pizza w/just pineapple,which looks more small pizza. So does the photo look like it has pizza sauce & x tra cheese.

Just ordered a Lg Pepperoni Pizza to have it delivered. The person on the phone said 30-40 minutes…I call at the 47 minute mark & they say that it’s already been delivered. I said excuse me? He said yeah it’s been delivered TO A WHOLE DIFFERENT ADDRESS! They need to pay attention to detail more…clearly. He said my kids answered the door, I said no they definitely didn’t, I have young kids. So someone else got my order. Don’t know if I’ll be ordering again from here.

We rarely order from Papa John’s, but tonight we decided to give it a try. The family wasn’t entirely happy. We ordered several pizzas for the family and I ordered a sandwich. The garlic bread was good. The pizza was ok, but the toppings and sauce were a little far from the edge, leaving a little too much crust exposed. My sandwich was very dry and only tasted like onions. My wife suggested that they may have been stingy with the barbeque sauce, so I opened the sandwich to look. I’ve added a photo of what I saw. There wasn’t any sauce on the sandwich. Apparently they just overlooked that ingredient. Mistakes happen, but it’s still frustrating. This wasn’t a cheap meal. The kids didn’t like the pizza. We’ve decided to only order from Larosa’s in the future. I’ve rated three stars because what we received was food and it was edible. Not really enjoyable, just edible.

I ordered pizza to be delivered to my home, the driver lied about the entrance to my neighborhood being blocked. Instead of calling me, he returned to the store. When I requested a refund, the person on the phone called me some pet name then hung up on me. Completely disrespectful and totally uncalled for.

We love the New York Style pizza!!! We ordered on around 4:30 on Friday the 22nd and the pizza was perfect and hot. We ordered basically a meat pizza. Price was great, service, great and was st our door in 15 min. Yummy sauce. Try the location on North Bend Oh!

Our first visit to this particular restaurant. I expected the same level of quality that we had received in the past from various Papa John’s. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the case. Our pizzas were undercooked and the toppings were barely noticeable under a scant amount of cheese. We spent $54 on three medium pizzas and an order of burnt garlic knots. Next time I’ll drive a bit further to a different pizza restaurant.
