Had a great experience at subway. Everything was super clean and the sandwich was great! Mark was the person making my sandwich and he was super nice and friendly. Will definitely be coming back! People like him, with his personality are the people that should be working at fast foods places. He was just awesome, great customer service!

So I went to your subway on Mother’s Day around 12:30 to get my family of 6 sandwiches. We brought in coupons to use as well, because obviously we are a big family. Right when we walked in and said we were getting 6 sandwiches this one girl with short hair immediately gave us attitude saying “6” like she was annoyed by the amount. So we obviously apologized, and ordered 5 instead. This girl with blonde hair and glasses came out and started helping her because obviously 5 sandwiches at rush hour is difficult. But there was no reason this girl was being the way she was about the order. We were notified that with the coupons we could only order from a specific menu and so we needed to call my mother to just make sure we got her order correct obviously with the change of ordering. And she when I was calling she gave attitude asking “okay we’ll do we know the next one.” The overall experience was unprofessional and upsetting.

I went here on March 27th 2023 at 345 the girl that made my sandwich did a very good job but the kid that cashed me out was just clocking In for 4:00. His hands were literally black. His subway shirt on the neck area under his chin was so so disgusting! His pants and shirt look like they haven’t been washed in weeks. It looks like he ate something and it fell all over him… and he just didnt care about his appearance at all. When your making people’s food u need to at least try and look Clean. I went there on another occasion and same thing with the same kid. Also he rushes through making your sandwich that it’s all messed up all the mayo in one big glob in one spot u literally have to walk him through how to make a sandwhich.his mom is the manager and very good at her job u would think she would teach him beyter!!

THIS IS A NO STAR RATING IN MY EYES!!!! I have been craving Subway’s for a few days and my experience today, March 3rd was anything but great! I walked in and there was an employee eating at the register, and the area where they make the sandwiches was dirty full of everything that can go on a sandwich!!! The young man who came out to make my sandwich, put on gloves but never clean the area (which I had to ask him to do)before he put the paper down. He proceeds to ask me what kind of bread I want, and when cutting my bread he’s totally squished my bread!! . Sorry to say but he did not take any pride in making my sandwich!!!! He literally was just slapping meat on there, threw some cheese on there, and some bacon and then threw it in the oven to get it hot.. so here goes when everything takes a turn,. I tell him that I want fresh cucumbers and while my sandwich was heating up, he proceeds to start filling up all the condiments, to which I had to ask him to change his gloves and clean the counter before he touched my sandwich!!! He was literally throwing on the condiments!! And then over sauced ( with Chipotle, and mayo), I did ask for one line of each but like globs of lines!!! I’m sorry but that sandwich, I got home to eat it, and I feel so sick from it I had to throw it away!!! That was $15 wasted!!! I will not be going back there anymore.. AND IF THERE’S ANY QUESTION I DON’T DRIVE SO I COULDN’T JUST GO BACK!!!

No consistency in sandwiches made. I’ve been getting a Spicey Italian for years. 10 pepperoni, 10 salami. After arguing with the kid making the sandwich with 8 and 8, I just gave up. I guess I won’t be coming here again.

Nothing against the employee working her closing shift alone, but management needs to teach their employees how to make a melt sandwich properly. Also just going to point out you should not be closing your store 20 minutes before your time no matter if your the last one there or not I know how it is working customer service from personal experience and you stay open until your supposed to, doesn’t matter how tired you are, you work your given shift until the proper time.

Saturday 30th at 3:35 pm the guy working needs a raise! By far best experience at a subway ever, while making my sandwich he asked how my day is and was genuinely kind. 100% need more employees with this attitude! Also bread was perfectly cooked and even took the time to tap off the bacon grease without having to ask. Thank you for putting the extra time and effort in.
