I do not have high expectations as far as mcds goes. Heck I don’t even expect my food to be pipping hot. I do expect to get what I pay for and at least be treated like a human. This McDonald’s has very bad management. Could not get them to answer the phone or talk to me in person. Listen I am not a Karen I am a reasonable person who just wanted to get the food I paid for and get to work. Will not be returning.

On two occasions I ordered on the app and each time I was given fries. One order was simply a shamrock shake. When I informed the employee that the order was wrong he quickly snapped back stating,”We’ll what did you order?”. One the second occasion it was a combo meal with a Shamrock shake. Again initially the employee offered fries and was informed the order was incorrect. After waiting 30 minutes for the order is be delivered, I was informed that Shamrock shake was not available. Upon going inside to have the order refunded I was told we can make the shake. Extremely poor customer service.

Service is always the worst! Rudest employees I have ever had to deal with. The manager that normally works the drive-thru window in the morning is THE WORST!! I don’t know how she ever got her position!?!? I always feel bad for the one sweet little lady working with her! This morning was it this is what I received for my Carmel frappe, when simply asked where the Carmel was she caught an attitude and said she didn’t know where they put it so this is what I got. We are normally regulars simply because of the convenience but I will go all the way out of my way before I stop here again.

On our way to my dad’s job this morning, we stopped to get a couple drinks. When we ordered, the young lady at the first window wasn’t rude, she was alright. But, when we got to the 2nd window, our drinks were not filled up all the way, very little ice. The bald black man didn’t say a word, and tossed the drinks real rudely at my dad. When my dad started mentioning we needed straws, he gave us a rude look, shut the window real quick, and turned his back to us. We sat there for a couple minutes, and managed to get another workers attention. She pointed at us with a fed up look on her face, then he turned around, and shoved the straws at my dad. They were real rude. We got a sprite and a coke, and both our drinks tasted like alcohol. They were disgusting.
