Absolutely atrocious customer service. Picked up 3 pies with the kids after a looong day. Was looking for an easy dinner. Got home, 2 of 3 pizzas were unacceptable. 1 was completely burnt, 1 was supposed to be a simple cheese pie, and it was pepperoni. My hungry and exhausted kids were very unhappy. Called the store. Spoke to Brian (or Ryan) and asked if they could run them out to me. He said yes, but I would have to pay for delivery. I asked what my other options were and he said he’d refund me the two pies and I get nothing, which would not be acceptable because I’d then have no dinner for anyone, or I could come back out and he’d remake, which would require me to get the kids back in the car for a 20-30min round trip excursion… obviously not ideal.

I wrote a review last year and gave 2 stars unfortunately I can not change it. Just went in and picked up 2 pizzas. And the young lady that was putting all the toppings on the pizzas was not wearing gloves. And then I watched her leave her station she started handling boxes then was touching her hair then went right back to putting on toppings with her bare hands.

I received a coupon for a free medium 2 topping pizza because my last delivery last weekend was super late. I wasn’t upset about it though and didn’t even call to complain or anything. But after my order was delivered last week, I got an email with the coupon saying something like “that didn’t go as planned, let us make it up to you.” I thought that was really nice so I planned on using the coupon this weekend (I only had a week to use it anyway). I tried to use the coupon online. It was a coupon that was for delivery only. However I couldn’t place the order. It was prompting me to meet the cart minimum and add another $13.99 worth of food. Now when I use my points to redeem a free pizza, I don’t have to do that. So I called the store to see if I could use the coupon over the phone. The guy, who said he was the manager, told me “I don’t control the internet” and I let that slide. I told him I was just trying to figure how to use the delivery only coupon. So I just asked politely if there was a number for a central customer service number that could potentially help me out. I thought the phone line disconnected but he actually hung up on me. I called back and a young lady answered the phone and I politely asked her the same question and she placed me on hold. Some guy, I’m assuming the same “manager” took the phone off hold/mute, I think unknowingly, and started making some unsavory comments about me and stated “I don’t know why y’all keep asking me that we don’t give customers that number. That’s dumb.” I said hello a few times to try to alert him that I could hear him and he finally addresses me directly and gives me a wrong number on purpose. I knew it was phony when he was giving it to me. It was the number to some sort of infectious disease place or something. That’s just so childish. How is he even a manger? Stop hiring kids for adult jobs. Sheesh. So I called another Dominos in the area and asked for a centralized customer care number to try to use my coupon and low and behold, they gave me a working number with no hassle at all. The “manager” at this store is terrible for no reason. I wasn’t even loud, rude, or nasty about it. I’ve never really had trouble with this place until now. I was just trying to use my coupon code…..that Dominos sent me. This place officially sucks. And it’s sad because their delivery drivers are so nice. But I likely won’t order from here again. At least not on purpose. Go somewhere else.

I ordered curbside because I have 4 young kids, including a newborn. I clicked the app to notify that I was there. Within 2 minutes, a girl came out with an order, but it was not mine so she went back in. After waiting 20 minutes after my estimated pickup time, I checked the app again and it showed completed and only gave me the option to order again. I went inside to see what was going on and if it was ready. The guy behind the counter said they went out but I wasn’t out there. I let him know that was a different order and the girl confirmed I was correct. I asked about the free pizza for not delivering within 2 minutes and he was completely incompetent. I asked him how he could help me and he said he couldn’t. He would not budge on knowing how to help me or offering a solution to their mistake so I just left. First and last time I will ever go there. Worst customer service. You could tell he had no desire to help or care.

Monday Sept 6 2021 at 2:42 pm I placed a carryout curbside order medium thin spinach & feta pizza with additional custom toppings added. I picked up the order around 3:20pm curbside before I left the store I checked the box and a slice of pizza was taken from the box and whomever did this had the audacity to leave the crust inside the box with COVID still being a major problem my question is was proper protocol and procedures even taken when preparing my order? I took photos for evidence to support my complaint. I immediately went back inside and notified the manager of course making senseless excuses to what just happen and apologizing about what had occurred and asking did I want another pizza made. I did not want another pizza after what I just witnessed. I was also told by the manager it would take three business days to reflect a refund back to my debit card that was used. Since today was a Labor Day holiday observance I emailed corporate sending evidence and photos to support my complaint and asked to be contacted immediately about this unacceptable bad customer service experience. I would give a no star rating but software would not allow me to submit the the review unless I put at least one star but my experience today was negative star review -⭐️

I bought a Hawaiian pizza yesterday and they didn’t put any ham in it, and the bread twists forgot about the frosting. I called DOMINOS and the manager told me they didn’t have ham and they forgot about the glaze. he didn’t even say anything to me or a sorry, nothing was very rude. I will never buy this pizza again. terrible customer service

Awful customer service! Yesterday my wife and I came to this place at 8 pm to order a pizza. No one greeted and took order from us. They just ignored us while we were waiting in front of the register. Finally my wife asked one of the worker if someone will serve us. The woman without looking at us told another worker to take order from us when he can. But nothing was happening. After waiting for another few minutes we left this store with nothing. This place must be avoided. Nothing like this ever happened in any pizza stores before.
