Nice McDonald’s. I got my breakfast to go. They cooked it very fast. I got plain latte, sausage egg McMuffin, and oatmeal. Everything was delicious and cooked well. The staff was nice. This McDonald’s looked clean. But the floor needed some cleaning. It was morning but already dirty floor.

It was ok I was tired and hungry so I didn’t complain but the second time they gave the wrong chicken on my biscuit. Like I said before cry for higher pay when they make more then deserving CNAs and still cry. Deserve it first . Shame. Edit my review due to employees who whisper and stare at me for being there with my stuff but ever since we have been here in Alabama , there has been a guy in the corner every day that sleeps in his car in the parking lot and takes up that booth everyday . Someone said he works here but I have never seen him work and I’ve been here a lot. The thing is when it was us they acted like we couldn’t stay and one of us did work here but he can do what he wants . He must be rich and homeless or family. Also we were told couples couldn’t work the same shift but there is at this one .

This McDonald’s has become the worst one possible. I ordered through the app, which I don’t recommend anyone use anymore. I decided to use the buy one get one deal for the sundae and also ordered a single cheeseburger. Get charged for it so I have to wait in the ridiculously long line to make sure I get what I paid for. After about twenty minutes I get to the second window and they of course don’t have the ice cream like the running McDonald’s joke. I’m annoyed but deal with it and ask for a refund for my order. I don’t want the cheeseburger since it was just an extra thing to bring home. The lady gives me cash for the ice cream instead of refunding my card. Won’t give me the money for the cheeseburger. After explaining that I want my whole order refunded to her again she gives me the total pre-tax and shuts the window on me. I still have to wait for them to come back so I can say she didn’t give me all of my money. She finally comes back and acts completely rude saying I don’t get all of my money because I used a promo. I’m literally holding my phone in one hand showing my bank app and the charge I received. Have the money that is short on the other. I don’t recall clicking a promo called Go F Yourself. I told her I’m not paying them to wait in like almost half an hour at this point and receive nothing. She gets mad and just slaps 50 cents in my hand. It was only like 30 cents I was owed but it was on pricing I wanted my money back.

Ive been meaning to make this review for awhile, today yet again I have to go back through the line for something I paid for. I have literally never gotten everything I’ve ordered from this establishment. This is the closest McDonald’s to me so I come here pretty often unless I wanna drive way too much for a smushed burger. Always have an attitude and for some reason just completely unable to fulfill a order. Not to mention they somehow managed to blacken my chicken and still let it come out cold and soft. Even for a McDonald’s this place is bad.

I placed a mobile order, I got to the speaker and the kid taking orders was higher than a kite and couldn’t even function.. the employees were aware and did nothing about it. It took 15 minutes to get my food because they lost my order. On top of that I get my drink and it tasted like soda water and i told the women and she said “yeah it’s been sitting here a while” … anyways. so get home and to no surprise my food is cold and it’s literally raw… waste of my money

This location is a solid hit or miss. More than once I have come to this location and they were out of products, like drinks, and I frequently end up with soggy fries (straight from the window). But, I have also received hot food and perfectly cooked, slightly crunch, fries as well. Reminder to all the other reviews, you get what you pay for. This is… McDonalds.
