I had a wonderful time going there for my birthday! Got immediate recognition from the staff for my birthday. Which is much appreciated, on top of that the staff went above and beyond serving everything with a smile. Also, cracking light jokes as they made the sandwich’s which made the wait time feel like nothing. Much appreciate the staff at this location! Special shout out to these individuals which made the experience worth coming again and worth telling a friend! Heather, Sky, Kanani great people and I hope I get the opportunity to see these guys the next time for my birthday sandwich, thank you jersey mikes!

Quite honestly, abysmal service overall. They did get finally my order correct, on the 3rd try. I arrived to pick up an online order Sunday afternoon 8-13-23 only to find initially they had given my order to a different client. I cheerfully offered to wait while my order was remade, along with the client who had received my order by mistake. After waiting for my order to be remade it was presented to me with one sandwich made incorrectly. The remedy offered to this by the employee was to scrape the veggies and mayonnaise laden top off and replace it with a new top, after I had already left the store and returned with the open, incorrect sandwich. When asked to remake the entire sandwich, the employee grudgingly did so. Sandwiches were then placed directly on an unwashed countertop before being paper wrapped and bagged. Overall accuracy and safe food handling procedures desperately need to be addressed with staff at this location.

First time eating here today (3/32/24) I went in and stood in front of the counter for almost 3 minutes before the lady making a sandwich, greeted me. There were 5 people waiting on food and nobody else in line to order. A young man took my order, I got the regular Philly cheese steak (regular size because mini isn’t available in this sandwich). I was super excited because it honestly looked amazing. Anyhow, I sat down to eat and while it looked good, it was not. The meat was tough and the lack of flavor on this sandwich, was definitely missing. For 11 dollars and some change, it was NOT WORTH it at all. The customer service was also not very good. Sorry to say but, I definitely won’t ever return.

I am from outside Philly. I grew up on Jersey Mikes when we went to Jersey to the beach. My heart stopped with I saw their sign. I knew it would be heaven. They slice the meat in front of you when you order. You have to try the #13 – The Original Italian. The most meat on any sub. Comes with provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami, and pepperoni. Drag it through the garden with all the fixings. They even have the pepper relish.

Decent subs, the meats are perfectly average. The bread is a bit on the dry side. I would suggest a pan of water in the oven to keep the humidity up when baking but what do I know.

My first time going, heard nothing but great reviews, i went asked for a reg size, club subI asked for light on the oils and vinegars, i got home and the paper to my sandwich is soaked, my bread is soggy and dripping. This is disappointing, I was super excited, but i decided not to eat this, a waste of 11$ for lunch.

Food here is always fantastic! Love the way they make their subs, reminds me of the long departed Port of Subs we used to have in Tumwater. I was a little cinfused as to why they would decide to clean up the meat cooler in the middle of the day as I would be a little concerned about meat temps and such while they were doing that but otherwise the visit was great 🙂

Selection is very limited, quality was so do and two employees were clearly had a toxic relationship. One was riding the other about every perceived mistake while the other made pointed remarks about how the other employee said that was what they told them to do. Which he conceded. Bad place to eat or work it appears.
