Terrible! I placed a mobile order for the 10 piece chicken, 2 large sides, 5 biscuits special offer. Paid $26. I only got 6 pieces of chicken and they were dry, 5 biscuits, 2 large sides but the red beans and rice was sour, spoiled that I had to trash it. I tried calling the store but it keep going to an answering machine to leave my name and that someone would call me back. I recommend not going to this Popeyes! Make sure you check your order if you do!

When this location first opened, it was not worthy of the one-star reviews it received. They had a completely different crew running the restaurant. They never had chicken and if you told them you’d wait for fresh chicken, they’d inform you RUDELY they had NO CHICKEN to cook as if you’re the idiot for not understanding a chicken place has no chicken! If supply chain issues were the cause, a simple sign would have sufficed so you know not to wait in line only to get to the counter to find out you can order a biscuit (maybe)! Fast forward to the last few months as a completely new crew is in place, and it’s definitely worthy of a 5* review. The service is great, and they ALWAYS HAVE CHICKEN!

I placed an order for delivery through Uber Eats. The “restaurant” took more than an hour to “finish up,” which I would think takes about 5 minutes to figure out how to put the food in boxes.

I bit into a chicken strip so rubbery and stale from the heat lamps that it actually cracked a tooth that had no prior problems. When I heard the crack I thought there was a bone in the chicken. But it was just completely dried out and like a piece of leather. It cost me $3,000 out of pocket to replace that tooth. I’ve never gotten chicken at this location that was fresh. In general I would have to say I’ve rarely gotten freshly cooked chicken at any Popeyes. And the spicy is barely spicy at all. If it wasn’t for their side dishes I would never go there.

Grabbed a quick bite after a long day. Food was hot and tasted great. They forgot to put sauce in the bag. I should have checked before I left. Overall it was a good experience.

4/05/23 The young man who appeared to be the manager looked at me for 2 minutes before he helped me. My order was wrong also. The service was very bad. Very rude young man does Popeye have customer service skills classes?

Unfortunately order was messed up and we did not have enough food to feed everyone. Will be pointing out this location to Popeyes HQ to learn if this is specific to this spot or a company wide problem.

Customer service is HORRIBLE here. I tried using an offer that was for this location, when I tried to use it, they said they couldn’t take it because their system isn’t set up to accept them yet, and told me to do a mobile order instead, but then the app says it’s not available to order this way at this location. So, how am I supposed to use your offers?!? I finally gave in to ordering a different “in-store special” that was less chicken but cost more money (!?!) and then when I requested no breast pieces, the manager jumped in and said no, sorry no substitutions for specials. I kindly countered and explained how I’m already getting less chicken for my meal and spending more money because no matter what they’re not accepting the offers that are for their participating store, and you don’t want to accommodate a couple of breast pieces?? He said no, and wouldn’t budge. I’m just shocked that a place of business wouldn’t budge at such a small request, when I was already losing a better offer in the first place. Every other Popeyes location I’ve ever been to, both in California and Colorado, have been able to accommodate at their discretion, with no prior issue even happening, and this location can’t make a small accommodation even after the inconvenience of not accepting their own restaurant offers?!? I don’t think that’s right, and apparently a prior poster had a similar experience and agrees.
