I’ve tried giving this location multiple chances, but ultimately cannot recommend it at all. Consistently, every time I go here, I am either handed the wrong thing or the wrong quantity. Not once in the four times I’ve been here has my order ever been correct, and it is never busy when I go. Today, they waited until well after I paid to tell me they didn’t have what I ordered. And then the remainder of my order was STILL wrong. I don’t think I’ll even go back for the missing items I paid for. The food is never fresh or hot, which is honestly the biggest issue. The coffee is also bland and always tastes old. I’ll just stick to the proven, non-chain coffee shops in my neighborhood. They are worth paying a little more for hot food, good coffee, and acceptable service. Avoid this location if you can.

The donuts were all ice cold and stale. My iced latte tasted watered down without a hint of coffee. A young man served me at the drive-thru. I ordered online for pick-up. He was really short and rude from the moment we pulled up to the window and acted like we were “putting him out” by ordering there in the first place. Oh and like most young boys, he mumbled like he couldn’t move his lips, and it was impossible to hear or understand him.

Decent food, good coffee, most unfriendly (not rude) staff of any Dunkin I’ve ever patronized anywhere. I expect the kids to be unfriendly, but even the so-called adults act like they could care less you’re there. Unfortunately there isn’t much with respect to alternatives in that area or I’d never go back. This store needs to take customer service lessons from the store off bypass 28 near the Lowe’s store. If that store were on my route I’d never return to Mariemont.

This is the best Dunkin location in the Cincinnati area, maybe even Ohio. The staff is always very nice and personable and they rarely make any mistakes on an order. Every morning I arrive they recognize my car and know my order. Great place, great service, great people.

This was the worst experience I’ve had. Manager Mike was not present or to be seen. The woman taking orders was leaving to go outside and accompany what looked like her family sitting in a car outside. Management left 2 kids in the kitchen by themselves that didn’t know what to do or where any help was. The people working on 6/13 a Tuesday should be fired or at least written up and talked to about their actions and choices in the work environment. I will not be coming back to this establishment while this crew and staff is working again. Horrible experience, attitude, and work ethic.

I actually work there for a couple of weeks until I couldn’t stand it anymore. The manager Mike is very incompetent at his job. He allows miners to drink beer or other alcoholic beverages while they are clocked in on their shift. I believe the place should be more honest and let their customers know that all the food including the donuts arrive Frozen they are not made their!

I stopped here for a Carmel macchiato. It was the same delicious excellent quality beverage I’ve come to expect from Dunkin. What sets this Dunkin apart from other dunkins is the staff the gentleman who took my order was fast and efficient. I think he may of been the shift manager. Every single employee was kind courteous and very good at what they do. Im on a long bike ride to Alaska (acrossthemapwithmatt.com) and stopping here was the highlight of my day. Thank you Dunkin employees!

I just received the worst cup of coffee I have had in years. When I alerted the staff they just belittled me and continued to do so after I walked away. I was polite. I didnt even ask for a refund. I will stop at a gas station for coffee from now on.
