From the beginning to the end of my visit was just horrible. When I spoke to the manager on the phone explaining my issues she didn’t even know what to do or say to resolve the situation. She swore up and down I received straws for my drinks (didnt) and that my fries were fresh. They were cold and hard and my sandwiches were like cardboard. All she said was to call the next morning to speak to her boss Armaugh. Never spending my money at this place again!

funny, my last review got deleted. i dealt with a female with red hair through the drive thru, she had a snobby attitude and i told her to have a better day. she decided to throw ranch at me when i asked nicely for it, and spit at my vehicle and laughed in me and my friends face. i have the whole interaction on camera and would LOVE for her to lose her job. its insane you guys even hire people like this.

Ordered a pineapple shake that didn’t have whip cream or cherry at the store was not told till after purchase but good shake. Tacos were pretty hard and curly fries we’re burnt . I had high hopes for this area jack n box but was let down. The customer service was horrible when asked for ranch it was like we were killing the worker and she rolled her eyes

So we went to this establishment around midnight and they ran out of bacon (which was about 80% of their meal), couldn’t do breakfast with eggs and didn’t have the brownie for the snoop meal. They said the reason was because mid-shift didn’t prepare before they left. I was extremely frustrated because we are visitng STL and do not have a Jack in the box at home. The food that we did get was good and the staff were friendly and did give me extra fries for the missing brownie. Just unfortunate that they didn’t have bacon….

If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband went to Jack-in-the-Box this evening around 9 o’clock and was told that they were only accepting online orders. So my husband proceeded to sit in the parking lot and make an online order and wait the 7 to 10 minutes for our order after about 15 minutes my husband went to go check on our order that was still not brought out to him. He went inside to ask where are food was, and was then cussed out by one of the workers, and told that they were closing for the night. My husband said he would like a refund then because we already paid for our food and now we’re not getting it. The worker proceeded to cuss at him more threatening to fight him and then said not my problem we’re closed for the night come back tomorrow to figure it out. So not only were they not taking drive-through orders, they closed an hour early, had terrible customer service (including threatening him) they also stole our money that we’re somehow trying to figure out how to get back.
