Omg this place has really gone down hill. I should’ve read the reviews before we bought the family meal for 6, since I hadn’t been there in a while but my bf went and I didn’t know how bad it was until he returned home . Nothing was hittin and they charge you an extra $1 for the sweet potato casserole which isn’t even worth it anymore. There was no marshmallows on the casserole, the Mac & cheese was dry and they were stingy and they didn’t have the vegetable medley nor string beans. They didn’t even have Boston Market bags.

Slop. I ordered on Uber eats. I ordered Nashville hot chicken which is supposed to be a Nashville hot sauce on the original rotisserie chicken. It was not. It was regular rotisserie chicken and the sweet potato casserole looks like baby food. The cornbread is undercooked. Never again. I more I ate the madder i became and had to leave a review

The store looked bare and the new guy at the front was friendly but was not trained properly and when asked for help another guy looked at him in disgust and acted like he wasn’t even gonna come over. Our order came with a drink and we were told there was only Dr. pepper! One of the orders was chicken cordon blue chicken, when we got that order it was just a half of chicken and instead of telling us they didn’t have it and letting us decide what we wanted they just put that in the bag! Maybe this store and and employees would be in a better mood and act like they love there job if they had what they needed in the store to perform there job! This store is setting up the employees for failure and there customers up for bad experience.

We placed an order for the chicken & ribs meal that comes with 4 sides. We ordered 2 extra sides so 6 all together. 2 of which were Mac & cheese. They didn’t have that but instead of calling to tell us to let us decide what we wanted instead they chose for us. So we ended up with 3 mashed potatoes 2 broccoli & sweet potatoes. No gravy at all for the mashed potatoes. No marshmallow for sweet potatoes. & on top of all that no cornbread. When I called to tell them that all of these things were missing the guy’s response was “we didn’t have it” so why not call & tell us so we could choose what we wanted? Let alone give us a heads up when we picked up the food. & the lady who gave us our food acting like we were inconveniencing her bc she had to go get our two bags of food. I knew I shouldn’t have ordered from this location. Never again.

So, I wished I had checked the reviews before I ordered my family meal. This place looked as if it was closed down. When you enter its dark and gloomy as if it’s their last day there. The employees do not greet you, you greet them. I got home with my food and I was so disappointed!!!! I feel as though if I pay for a family feast that’s exactly what I should get a feast. Used to be great, reliable place to eat. No one was in there which was strange. Drink machine… broken… no sales. Staff looked like they were waiting for sweet death to come. Dirtier atmosphere than before. Food was over cooked and over salted. Used to love Boston Market. No more.

I don’t know what happen after the pandemic with this Boston Market but it should be shut down. The floors and counters are filthy. You can see straight to the back and behind the counters from the front of the restaurant it’s just nasty. I arrived there around 1:00p which means the restaurant was only open for 2 hours. It shouldn’t look like that. Everything unprofessional!!!!!!!!Maybe the health Dept should be notified!!!!!!

The sweet potatoes know are running ♀️ and not thick like they were when they first opened. They don’t even have the oatmeal or marshmallows on top like they did before. Then their chickens are so small, but the chicken in Sam’s Club is much bigger than Boston Market chickens an they cost less.

Picked up a mobile order. When I walked into the place it was empty with nobody behind the counter. I thought they were closed but what I thought was a patron asked me if I was there to pickup, which I was, so I did. When I got home I discovered that the two sides that I ordered were wrong and the chicken was dry and cold. I tried calling but they didn’t answer. The feedback and contact options on their website are not currently working. Waste of time, food, and money. It looks like they will probably be closing soon.
