I was nervous it wouldn’t be the same as the original location. The levels of spicy are def diff. Of course I went with the spicy hotbox, to my surprise it wasn’t that spicy but it sure was delicious. The daiquiris are good too. The shrimp were big and perfectly cooked. The crab legs were a good size. I ordered a second hotbox for myself cause I can eat a lot of seafood even as 112lbs person. Its clean inside with many tvs and a bar. I kept seeing and hearing mixed reviews but You guys didn’t disappoint.

Food has so much delicious flavor! Had the Hot Box, and the fried fish with oysters and shrimp. Along with liquid MJ and maui wowie with hurricane….very good! A/C could have been turned down a bit, but other than that, the environment is clean and nice. Will be back again, a new favorite.

This was our second try on eating Lotus, it was different then the last time but great. My kid ordered the shrimp popcorn it was small but the kid loved it. The sauce on boils were super yummy and saucy with a hint of heat. The rice is always a bit to gritty…I also ordered some fried oysters, I really didn’t like them, the breading isn’t my type a bit corn meal. Corn was fresh and the sausage is spicy and juicy! Also got lemon pepper wings, the wings were fresh and big! Def a must try.

The food was good, except for the corn . Didn’t taste fresh, kinda mushy, and not crisp. Took 25 min to get our food, so I’m not sure if that’s normal. It was our 1st time trying out this place.

This was disappointing. Fancy bar and glassware and all the food served in cardboard containers. Fried rice had practically no protein in it despite costing over $12. Catfish was fine. This is more a place to drink than eat

Decent. The ambiance is nice. The lady at the register was patient and pleasant. My mom wanted the “experience” so we went. Overpriced.. every little thing, which doesn’t make sense. I’m at Juicy Crab weekly; portions and prices are returning consumer friendly (not cheap but it makes sense). If nothing else is open near you, then you should check it out. Oh, the fries tasted like freshly cut potatoes! That was something that stood out!

This place was so hyped up to me by a few people I know, so hubby & I in the city for the weekend & decides to try it out & after visiting, idk Why. The young man that took our order was great. Ordered the snow crabs, disappointing! It didn’t appear to be a full cluster. No paw & it was small. Almost like the cook took 2 pieces that were left over, stuck it in the container to complete my order. When I say the 2 pieces were small…hardly any meat. Hubby ordered gumbo. He didn’t really get to try it while there because the rice was packed in 1 container & gumbo in another (picture below). If we stated we were eating in how can the gumbo be eaten if both containers are full to the top. Asked for a container/bowl so he could try the gumbo & was told they couldn’t give him one. They wanted him to use a togo container to eat gumbo … OhOK! I even offered to pay for the container & the young ladies looked terrified to even go ask while stating she couldn’t go ask …OhOK! The fried fish was tasty tho & the shrimp was ok & the fries were good. This was an overall bad experience for a first-time visit. Oh & the gumbo was thrown away because we couldn’t leave it in the car while shopping it would’ve spoiled so wasted money. We spent well over $60. I thought I took pictures of the other food.

I have had Lotus Seafood twice from this location. The first was great. The food tastes amazing and is well seasoned. However, the second time I ordered takeout. Within that order was 2 clusters of snow crabs but I only received one. I noticed as soon as I got back to my home and contacted them immediately. They asked me would I be open to coming back or would I like for them to just refund me for the missing cluster. I chose the latter option as I did not feel like leaving the house again and the rest of my order getting cold. They asked for my order number and told me that they would check the camera and refund me. The process seemed quick and simple enough but a week later I noticed that I did not receive a refund so I checked in. They again told me they would check the camera and refund me. Once again, a week later, no call and no refund. I reached back out again and they told me that they checked the camera and my order seemed correct which is impossible unless someone took a cluster after it left the kitchen. I am disappointed that it took 3 weeks just to be told that I would not receive a refund for something that I never received. I will most definitely patronize Lotus again in the future because I have no complaints about the food but I will not be back to this location due to poor customer service.
