Terrible service. After a 20 minute wait, got to the front of the line where I was told they were out of every single meat. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for them to cook chicken. Tables dirty. Staff looks flustered. Kitchen is a mess. Never had such a bad experience at a Moe’s!

Store always looks dirty. Chips are always stale. Placed an online order, waited 25 minutes. No sign of my food. Went inside and was told that the people in line, who I watched walk in after I placed my order, were there before the online orders. Just don’t bother with this place. Other locations are better. Or better yet, go to Tijuana Flats.

This location restored my faith in Moes. My burrito was delicious. The steak was cooked good, not chewy or tough. The ingredients tasted fresh. I’ve always loved the chipotle ranch. Most importantly: Excellent customer service from Chris.

I’m not sure why there’s so many bad reviews here. We eat at moes all of the time and this location is definitely a good one! Floors, table, and BATHROOMS are clean. The food is very good and the staff is very friendly.

Everything you’ve come to expect from Moe’s. I was a little disappointed with the service on Monday as the employee could have been a little more courteous. In his defense, it was pretty busy, and he was working the line alone while someone else rang people in. Overall decent experience, and I will return.

5 stars across the board! The food was fantastic! I got the Moe’s Stack with fresh chips and queso. My stack had Adobe chicken with Pico de Gallo, queso, cheese and sour cream all wrapped and pressed in tortilla. I dined in and recieved complementary fresh chips and added a side of queso. Omg the queso!!!! Chefs kiss, and hands down the best queso I’ve had(sorry Chipotle )

My husband and I love going to Moe’s specially how the employees greet the customers and make them feel welcomed, not for this location. No greeting, no manners, and personality at all. Not only that, the guy that took my husband’s order did not know how to make the quesadilla and asked my husband what the quesadilla had in it!? Really?… We felt like we were being rushed because as soon as we got our food and paid the employees went back to a table and got on their phones… just not what we anticipated, I hope management takes the time to train their employees and that they can give better customer service. Definitely last time we come to this location.
