I paid $14 for a medium sub bag of chips and a drink. The sub was less than 6 inches in length but had some flavor to it. But for $14 I will not be going back. I’d rather go to subway and get twice the sub at a 3rd of the cost!

I placed my order online and was charged twice for the same order. The manager was super nice and took care of it as soon as he could when I went to pick my food up. My food was good but my order was not filled correctly. I would still recommend them but I would choose to eat in rather than take out to ensure my order was correct.

The cashier who took our order was already very rude when my husband was struggling to order. My husband just wanted to make sure the order was right because he doesn’t like any sauces and the cashier made a big deal out of it saying he already asked him multiple questions to confirm his order. Then when when we went to go pick up the food, the food handler gave him attitude for him asking if she called our name. She said yes and then when we were walking out she said no that’s not your order after confirming twice that it was. Then when we got our food, we both got stuff on our sandwiches we specifically asked we did not want.

My large hook and ladder was perfect. The store was clean. Bathroom clean. Drink machine? Eyyy. Show me one of those dumb machines that does work right. They stink. Not this store’s fault.

Good food but super slow service. Stay away during peak hours (lunch time along with dinner. Today I watered over 30 minutes for a meatball sub. Plus the owner is grumpy behind the cash register

This place is awful.the order was wrong, the operator of the store is so rude and antagonistic. Refused to take responsibility. Absolutely terrible place. Called customer service they did nothing. Many better places to eat.

This is my first time at Firehouse Subs. Location is convenient and can be seen from the road. Clean and well kept location. Pricy for portion. Purchased 3 medium subs for $25+ and the portions were a bare minimum. In comparison to a sub purchased from H…. T….. grocery store that uses Boars Head (see photo, both turkey/cheese sandwich. The left is Firehouse Sub medium and the right is 1/2 of the whole sub of grocery store sub for 6.99) For the price don’t recommend unfortunately.

Every time I order from this location they forget the sides. No soup, no chili, no brownies, no chips. This has been a 3 out of 4 times thing. There’s only so many chances I can give a chain location before I choose a different place to eat with my family.

This is my first time at a Firehouse sub shop. I’m from the South Jersey area where you can find the best subs in the world. Like White House subs in Atlantic City. Anyway at Firehouse, I purchased an Italian, and a roast beef subs. The Italian was nothing like an Italian I purchased anywhere. It was terrible. The roast beef for my wife was just OK. My biggest issue is the long wait. The order was done, and only after I went to the counter to see what was taking so long did they realize they did not tell me it was ready. I wasted a lot of time waiting for nothing.

When they are busy service is sometimes slow but it’s worth waiting for because the food is really good. It’s a decent place to eat and prices aren’t too bad. The employees are usually pretty helpful and they bring your food to the table.
