Staff wasn’t happy. I mean no need to be super excited (It is work anyways) but at least a friendly face. I asked for a 6″ Outlaw sandwich on Italian bread and I got a squeezed regular bread like they twisted the sandwich with both hands to roll it. It was good (hence the second star)but looked horrible.

Had lunch there 6/27/23. I am medically limited on what I can drink and how much I can drink (about 3-4 ounces). I purchased a sandwich for about $10 and asked for a water cup. The cashier pointed to a hand written sign that said no water cups. I won’t return to a place that won’t give you 3 or 4 ounces of water. I would have been agreeable to paying a nominal amount for a cup but that was not an option. I was being forced to purchase something I couldn’t use and didn’t want.

I went to this location for lunch on 05/08/23 and the line was very short and I thought I beat the lunch time traffic. This location was out of chocolate chip cookies, the ice machine was broken, and the fountain drinks were barely cold and one of the workers were stocking the drinks while more people were entering the building. The subway napkins were also out and they were giving people dry paper napkins as a substitute. One girl with glasses was the only one making sandwiches and as the line started to grow so did her attitude. This location needs to really rethink their strategy unless they get more employees and improved customer service this location will be problematic. This will definitely be my last time visiting the location because I almost corrected one of the employee while the manger looked at me speechless. Please enter this location at your risk and be careful!!!

After working all day and hanging filthy hands, I was DENIED access to the restroom to clean up before I ordered a fitting sandwich… Why?? a very lame excuse of “after sunset we close access to the restroom…” I’ve heard some lame reasons for things but this one took the cake!!! Ended up going out on Washington road several miles away and was welcomed and they were stunned at the reason restroom access was denied at this location….

We just had the worst experience! We ordered our food, the employee made the sandwiches and when we went to check out we noticed a hand written sign about the drink machine being down. No tea, no water NOTHING! our only option was to buy bottled drinks for $3 each! That is unacceptable for a business to run like that. She should have AT LEAST informed us before we ordered food so we could go somewhere else. Or offered the bottle drinks as part of the meal deal. She didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience! We wound up just buying our sandwiches, going to the gas station to get drinks, and then eating in the car with our toddler. Ridiculous.

Seriously worst customer service. My 8 year son wanted subway for dinner. Before ordering he asked if he could go to the restroom. The young guy said he just mopped. However, the young lady there stated it was close. I told her he will be quick he’s little and have to go and she said no. How do you not let a child use the restroom? We were ordering and he asked to go. Toya is the manager and she should do better with the staffing. I will be going to corporate because it’s ALWAYS an issue at this location. Horrible customer service. It’s been other incidents but this was the last straw. Not letting a child use the restroom. If you read the comment apparently there is always a customer service issue. When will it be addressed?

I am from out of town and only have been to this Subway twice. The first time I decided to leave and go to another Subway. This time as I pulled into the parking lot I realized I came back to the same one again without realizing it. It was a long line with one girl making subs by herself and then another lady came in that worked here carrying shopping bags. She started yelling at some guy that works hear that supposedly was standing out back. This lady who came in with the bags seemed as if she was kind of in charge of a few people that were here. She’s an older colored woman with blonde highlights on top. She was extremely rude over and over and over to other customers And nearly everyone she talked to in the restaurant. She’s telling one of the customers right now that she’s going to give somebody a piece of her mind. She is the rudest person I’ve ever met that works at a Subway and probably any restaurant. It seems every time she opens her mouth something negative comes out. She is now back behind the counter talking to one of the other employees very loudly and rude. I own a couple of businesses myself and just wanted the owner to know how this lady is acting. I plan to see if I can mark this Subway in my Google maps as a one to not come back to. This was by far the worst subway experience ever..first I walked in wasn’t greeted at all there was a guy in front of me and a few ppl behind me..the shift was changing and nobody wanted to make sandwiches they were literally arguing about who was gonna make the sandwiches, they were cursing all loud and just very unprofessional..the girl at the register kept screaming at them to stop playing..the guy in front of me hadn’t even completed his order when they decided to argue about who was making the sandwiches. When I got my sandwich it was horrible I will never spend money in this establishment ever again….just sad at the poor customer service whoever is the manager they need to clean house and start over

It’s subway nothing special. There is usually only one employee so it will take awhile to get your sub made. Not a bad option for getting a bite to eat before a movie never door.

The stay did not try at all. They threw my order together in a pile, put way too much condiments and oil and vinegar on. They Insulted a woman who walked in and walked out. The kid acted like he didnt want to be there, putting his head down on the area where the food is made. WORST SUBWAY EVER!!!!!!! STAY AWAY !!!!!!
