Family owned diner. There honestly is nothing bad I could say about this place. They are BEYOND kind and go out of there way to make sure you have a great time. Me and my boyfriend have been here twice now and both times have had the same waiter, you can’t miss him cause he’s super tall, I didn’t happen to get his name, but honestly such a great guy! Please if you want to support a family owned business then eat here! You leave stuffed and in a better mood!

Good service and very good food. Wife had Cajun walleye. 3 pieces covered a large dinner plate. I had smothered chicken. Both very tasty. Salad bar was surprisingly good. Maybe the best I’ve had in the tri county area – on par with the old Ruby Tuesday. All three soups were very good as well. Definitely will come back.

We did not realize they were closing so soon. They all made us feel welcome & appreciated for choosing their restaurant. They were all very helpful & attentive to our needs, such as refilling our drinks as needed.

Amazing service and great food. The toast was the best. My family loves this place, we eat here once a week. We always get this waiter who has blond ish curly hair and is a very tall man who serves us, very well. He’s very cute and has a smart watch. I think he goes by Devin. If it wasn’t for my wife and kids, I would’ve said “I do” to my Dreamy Dev♡n. Amazing food and the service was very good. Thank you, Dremy Dev♡n

Off the main street and down the road – parking lot was full – we were hoping that it meant it was good and it was!! Service was great, checking in on us, giving suggestions and just friendly! Portions were bigger than expected & everything we tried was outstanding. We are definitely coming back next time we’re in the area!!

My husband and I have been here a couple different times and always enjoyed our service until today. Walked in to have a seat and they couldn’t find us a seat but managed to find the older couple behind us a seat I’m sorry but that is absolutely rude We will not be returning.

Perch is super tiny, full of bones and way over cooked. My husband’s fries were the opposite,

They choose an excellent name for this diner. Family from all around drive just to eat here. They truly make family’s welcome.

Waitress cut off my husband mid order. Forgot my drink had to go find her to finish my husband’s order. Asked for to go boxes never did bring them to me. Food was ok serving size was good. Waitress was very short with me. Seemed rushed and there were only 5 tables and 2 waitresses so I have to assume she is just that type of person.

We used to come here all the time, but this year they opted to not include the salad bar with their specials making the place a poor value for standard fair food. A burger and salad is $15, a quasadilla with salad is $18, and a broasted chicken dinner with salad is $19. The salad bar just by itself is a ridiculous $13, and they’ve eliminated items over the years, and what’s left never changes. At those prices, this isn’t really “family” dining anymore. They even charge extra for paying via credit card. Additionally, management / ownership should be embarrassed with the condition of the place. The walls are beat up, wires haphazardly strung around the place, the 1970s green flowered carpet is dirty and in desperate need of replacement, floor trim is missing, and seats are worn out and poorly patched back together. The staff is very friendly, but there are other places in town to eat to eat this kind of food for far less. Read the other recent reviews. They need to rethink their market and nickle and diming patrons. Do yourself a favor and pass this place up for other places.
